I've had ok experiences with this subway but went and was helped by Mason. Absolutely incredible service from him. Had friendly conversation and made our sandwiches just the way we liked them. Very awesome experience. Best worker here.

This was the store inside of Walmart. Went by to get food on October 10 at approximately 12 pm. Was met with one of the rudest employees. After she rolled her eyes at me, I just walked out. Just don't get it.....

Nice, friendly staff. The shop was clean. My sandwich was built nicely with good meats and garnishment...BUT, the white bread roll was so tough and chewy my wife and I struggled to bite through it. The music playing from the kitchen area was obnoxiously loud. We'll give the store one more try. My wife and I both really enjoy sub sandwiches. We hope these issues can be successfully addressed so we aren't forced to go into Rio Rancho for a sandwich on bread we can chew.

We had come in yesterday (5/24/25) for lunch, but this location was pretty busy, but we didn't mind waiting. The young gentleman that was making sandwiches was working hard and fast to help the line of customer's while I believe he was slicing lunchmeat. At this point we though he was by himself since the line continued to grow until a woman walked out from the back room and then shorty returned, not even offering to help the young man dealing with the large line of customers. I found this to be very odd and disrespectful to the young man having to multitask while visibly sweating with no help. Although this occurred our food was neat and prepared efficiently and came out delicious. Whoever is in charge of this location should have a conversation with this woman about helping her fellow coworker, if she was to help him the line would have gone by faster and the gentlemen wouldn't have had to work so hard while doing multiple things at once.

I ordered food off uber eats... we got two blts with one with extra bacon. To say our food was sad. We got no cheese or extra bacon on the sandwich.. idk look at the photo

Excellent service from the line employee working. Seriously, there should be more employees. I waited a good portion of my lunch period, not that the employee wasn't busting her tail taking care of customers. But others walked in and turned around and left. C'mon man, this is a busy place and needs more help to keep from losing business.

Staff was so rude to elderly and acted like they had to rush everything, we all know that minimum wage isn’t much but their character was beyond minimum wage. Those two individuals on your damn payroll need to look for another job. Will never revisit this location, it’s managed poorly and staff is bare minimum in all areas as well as cleanliness. Just a disgusting experience all the way around!!!

When a customer asked for veggie sandwich is because he/she is vegetarian and the employees gloves can’t touch meat. Then the employee should not get upset when customer asked her to change the plastic gloves.

Also this place should have two employees at all times . I walked with the sandwich because the employee has to make online order and I was very hungry.
