The Paleta Bar Bernalillo

So glad we decided to stop here two of the nights when we were staying close by. We have nothing like this where we live, and absolutely loved the popsicles. The service was exceptional—loved by all! ❤️❤️

This paleta bar is thee best! I live 3 hours away and we make it a point to stop everything! 10 out of 10 everything! Service is amazing! And their Dubai paleta blows my mind every single time!

We go in 45 minutes before closing and half the stuff is not available like fruits and shakes… but the Paleta are always good

Waited almost 30 minutes in line, with only one person ahead of me. And then once the single worker finally got to me they walked straight past me and went to the back. Embarrassing! Was looking forward to trying this place but would not recommend at all!! Get it together

Waited over 20 minutes, the employees kept going to the back and ignoring customers. When it was finally our turn they left to the back again. Had to leave because I didn’t want to waste my money. Get it together.

Me & the family went to check this place out. We were not disappointed at all. Attentive, service, even walked out with Agua frescas after having ice cream. Keep doing what your doing 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Dubai strawberry chocolate cup is delicious. Staff is very responsive and does great.

The staff and service here is incredible. The staff are always so kind and friendly. And it's not a weird, overly friendly, they are genuinely friendly. And all of their products are amazing. The pistachio drink is one of my favorites!

The girl working there was the most absolute rude employee I’ve ever encountered. Since the moment I walked in you could tell she hates her job. Poor service

I usually have a great experience at the paleta bar. But today’s experience was awful. I walked in and asked for a banana and strawberry fruit cup and was told they were out of bananas which is fine so then I asked for just a small fruit cup with strawberries and chocolate and almonds, too, which I was told that she couldn’t give me just a fruit cup with strawberries because she was trying to save as much as she could for the rest of the week, mind you it’s Tuesday. She said I had to mix it with another fruit, that I couldn’t do just one fruit and I said no thank you. And she said well bye then, so I left and she lost out on a sale. She was so rude it makes me sad because I love going there and my family loves going there. But this experience really makes me think if I want to go back or not. I know that what she told me is a lie because I’ve gotten just one fruit before and it was fine. I’m very disappointed with her not having any customers service.
