I've been eating here weekly for 6 months. Tio's are the best tacos I've ever had. Everything is amazing, but the cheesy birria tacos are my favorite. The birria ramen is a must when the weather is cold or I'm feeling sick - it restores my soul. Tio is so friendly and cares so much about his customers. It's a must-go and well worth the drive from Albuquerque!
This food truck is not only pleasing to the eye but very well maintained. The food not only smells incredible but tastes amazing. They're customer service is great and you're treated as family. If you like Birria, Asada & Aguas Fresca then you have to stop by on your way out of Bernalillo before you get on to I-25
This is my first time to NM from Wisconsin and my friend said this food truck HAD to be the last place I ate or else it would ruin any other place we went. And he was right. This was genuinely the best food I’ve ever had. I feel like a changed person after eating that birria quesadilla pizza. I’m at a loss for words it was SO good
