Twisters Burgers and Burritos

I just ordered a Twister burrito with no beans throughthe drive thru. I can't even eat it because of the salt added. I knew something was up because of the laughing. I'll never go to another Twisters.

My mom and I go here for breakfast every Saturday and the burritos never disappoint. The breakfast burritos are a great value. You get more than you pay for. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. We've been doing this for nearly a year now and have never had a bad experience. 10/10 recommend.

The store was not crowded and it was actually very comforting and peaceful to enjoy a meal . The food is always awesome I love the breakfast and lynch meals

That was a bad horrible Taos breakfast burrito i gotten! Potatoes were hard & burnt! Usually fresh sift tasty…this one wasn’t!!

The worst customer service. Seems like the entire shift went on break and completely ignored the drive through line, and the diners in the restaurant.

I would actually give them a zero. Please save your time and money and go else where. The tall bearded manger was jerk. They can’t seem to get my order correct. I guess!! I will be eating at home 😆

The workers can’t manage to get peoples orders right..,almost seem intentional, unless they are just this ignorant. Horrible Services and it’s too bad cause we like the food.

We have never been to Twisters before, and we really enjoyed the food and the service here. The customer service was great, and food came out quickly. I think the pricing is also pretty fair for the amount of food that we got.

Terrible customer service. We just drove up and ordered 2 green chile cheeseburgers and fries in the drive thru. The lady on the intercom then said “your total is $35.25”. We asked her if this was correct because it didn’t reflect the prices on the board. She said she entered each item individually and didn’t enter it as a combo (the total price still didn’t make sense). We asked her to put it in as a combo instead and she just said “I can’t do that because they’re already making it”. We then asked her to cancel and just re-submit our order and she said “I can’t do that”. We ended up speaking to the manager who was no help and was laughing with the employee. Do not recommend. Both employees seemed completely out of it and unable to do their jobs.
