Went to place a family order night before thanksgiving and the associate had an attitude from somewhere. Just simply asked for the size differences in the ranch cups and he just scoffed and rolled his eyes. Not the first time I’ve dealt with them being rude to customers.

I’m not sure if the standards have changed but as a former GM of Wingstop, I know it was very important that if anybody ever ordered plain wings with bone in or boneless the plain wings are always kept separate from everything else with sauce. The person ordering plane could have an allergy and sticking these wings in the same box can cause contamination. As someone who orders from Wingstop very regularly it’s really frustrating that every single time I leave I need to ask for a separate box to put my plain boneless. I feel if the standards are not going to be maintained then the online ordering platform should have a place where you can note these details. Can we please try and separate plane from everything else?

October 26, 2025 I made an order online. They forgot part of my order I called them to let them know that I would like to be picking up my order that they left out. I get to the store. It is not ready for me like they said it would be leaving the rest ofmy food at home getting cold. No sorry when I come in or anything one of the girls hand me the order I walk out the door and she’s shouting stuff at me as I’m walking out the manager, which is a older woman with red hair is standing there just staring anytime I order at Wingstop when she is there it is the worst service ever!!! I’m very disappointed with the customer service especially when that woman is working!!!!! She acts as if I’m the problem when I’m the one who had to drive back because they are incompetent and can’t to their job .

It was about 2 hours before closing I picked up my order got home, it wasn't under cooked but the seasonings were dry, not applied correctly, the taste was good 👍👎 Manny S.
Horrible customer service and ridiculous “policy” I ordered a whole meal and the fries came with barely any seasoning. After having it delivered I was asked to drive all the way down there to just pick up some salt. Then I was asked to send pictures and the horrible manager they have answers that it’s a normal amount of seasoning for them even though all the previous times I’ve gotten food it was never plain like this. I just wanted to exchange the item for a fresh one made correctly but was turned away as if I just wanted something free. I just wanted what I paid for made the correct way.

The last two times in a row, our order was incorrect. Small things, like the incorrect drink or a missing side item. Order accuracy is seriously lacking at this store. This last order, the wife's side of corn was missing, which was the whole reason she wanted wingstop. Wings were just ok. Actually, last few times, they've never been amazing. They're overdone and dry. The frozen wings i get from the store are way better and wayyy cheaper. Do yourself a favor, plan ahead. Buy wings and sides from the grocery and air fry them up. Cheaper, better, faster than this place.
