“My family and I are on a cross-country road trip from Kentucky to Arizona, and on our way back we made a stop at Blake’s. I have to say, the green chile cheeseburger was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time — and I’m trying not to be overly dramatic when I say that. The combination of the flavorful green chile, perfectly cooked burger, and fresh ingredients made it stand out.

The fries were excellent as well, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Once they found out it was our first time at Blake’s, they went out of their way to welcome us, answer our questions, and make us feel right at home.

After several days on the road, it was a great reminder that sometimes the best parts of a trip are the unexpected stops along the way. If you’re looking for a top-notch cheeseburger and a great local experience, Blake’s is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time we’re in the area!“

“We were pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service and food at the Raton Sonic drive in. The foot long conie dog was delicious even as it cooled down with a pleasant chili sauce. The chicken tenders are made from real breast meat dipped in a batter that is not too thin and not too thick. The strawberry shakes can easily be shared and we went back for more, 2 times.“
