First time I think I ever spent 17 bucks on a triple burger meal and didnāt get full, this dq is a joke compared to Our Texas DQās, way overly priced, fries taste like they are cooked in peanut oil

If I could give negative stars, thatās what it would be!!! Very unprofessional, from walking in the front door of the store. I observed the lady behind the counter greet everyone that was coming in, but not us and I watched intentionally. Racism still is alive and well and what a shame. Then on to the DQ experience. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and when my husband asked for ketchup the lady threw it in his hand as if she was scared to touch it. However, their faces and demeanor showed how they really felt. Had it not been for hunger I would not have spent my hard earned money with these type of people. So disappointing and embarrassing for them. Way to represent DQ. Let me get back to Tx, where we know how to treat all people. SMH!!! You never know who you are servingā¦.

We would have loved to order. But...instead we watched the only cashier taking orders having an entire conversation with ppl she obviously knew...then another crew member joined and it was a reunion while we sat in line for over 10 min.....so we just left. Outpost was cool. DQ not so much

-Atmosphere-The seating was decent and the main area seemed clean and have plenty of room for families.-Service-We had OK service, it was pretty minimal and the wait times are egregious for the amount of customers in the store. Long wait for such a small order.-Food-They are out of most of the food that they advertise. The food they do give you is a joke, I was going to order ice cream but after waiting 30 minutes for a salad it just didnāt seem probable to me.1.7/5 flames from me, would never recommend.

So we go in today on 2-1-24 and order 2 biscuits and gravy. Kram the cashier lady put an extra 4.00 on the receipt. I asked her why...She said it's 4.00 extra for sausage in the gravy. I told her the picture on the menu shows sausage in the gravy. She said that's how they do it.. SO I SEE THIS DQ IS A SCAM. OVER CHARING PEOPLE FOR ITEMS. WE LEFT AND DIDNT EAT. WATCH FOR THE SCAMS HERE...

Our food was adequate. Not the greatest, but adequate. Decided to get dessert. We stood at the counter almost ten minutes and a young man came and said the woman making the desserts was busy. She came out and said I'll be with you in a minute. Another two minutes wasted by us. Finally, we started to leave and she came out and we said it's too late, we're leaving. There was really nobody there to wait on customers because the young man didn't even know how to run the cash register. I've worked in fast food before and She had to take care of Sysco foods. That was truck day and there should probably have been extra people there to run the counter. Terrible way to run your business and your prices are all jacked up. I'm not buying a darn thing from you again.

Located in a small gas station/ gift shop Limited menu selection no value menu items , the gas station is .50 more than mile down the road. They do have a nice gift shop and fireworks just little pricey for locals lots of travelers though they don't mind place always packed with our of staters.
