For all my ppl that like salsa I recommend for you to have the huevos rancheros breakfast ?? with the green one and no cheese on the beans yummy! And the best part is that love’s truck stop is right in front of it!! And just in case you don’t want breakfast you can have the green salsa burrito?
For a cafe at a fueling station/gift shop.... this place was damned good! I really was not expecting much, but was hungry and had to wait for my car to charge, so I figured I would have some breakfast, they were serving both breakfast and lunch. Server was amazing, kept checking to make sure I was alright.Rice wasnt overly done which was great. Slept in their parking lot after driving almost a 1000 miles. Trains woke me up a few times. Made it to Albuquerque the next morning, picked up a dog for adoption, then drove 1000+ miles (16 hours) to get
