Ordered Mac and Cheese and Loaded Chicken. Did not get the loaded chicken and was given garlic bites instead. Attempted to call store to dispute but someone picked up and immediately hung up the moment I said hello.
This is my second time being at cannon. I haven’t really had any major issues and the ones I have had have been made up for by something free or they went back to the store to pick up and then immediately bring back what was missed. My family and I order a lot from here and we are 98% of the time satisfied!
Sometimes there are no issues, other times they call after I place an order and say they can't make 4-5 pizzas and limit to a smaller number. I have many boys and two pizzas is not going to cut it.
