Went there today, there was a African American man and he didn't even ask if I had a rewards. Didn't ask for my number, didn't even tell me if I wanted my Blondie cold or hot. I just settled for a hot one because he said if I had a French vanilla or something. Probably won't go next time he's there.

Chiller was great but service needs to be worked on. Nobody was friendly and with appx 3 cars in each lane it still to almost 30 to get our drinks. Then the sugar free was NOT sugar free. It spiked my boyfriend's BG up to over 250. New Mexico 7brew get it together.

Today I went to seven brew around 1:30 PM and when I pulled up there was a lot of commotion going on between a pregnant lady an older worker with red hair, screaming, and harassing a young blonde worker for all of us to see, mind you I had my young children with me and they heard all the profanity we need to do better Carlsbad you’re making the seven brew ghetto. I’m ashamed that this HEAVLY pregnant lady was trying to fight this young woman at her job do better.

We just stopped to pick up some ice teas from 7 brews in Carlsbad. We were pulling up the drive when my elderly father spilled a hand full of ice and while my sister was ordering & having a very friendly and nice conversation with the girl that took the order, I threw the hand full (only) of ice out of the window and I must also note it’s 80 degree weather. We were finishing up the order when another clerk came in to chime in on the conversation & it all went south pretty quickly & quite ridiculous. She proceeded to tell us that “ I need to let you know that if you throw things(ice) out of your car we will have to refuse you service next time you come by here! And this is a hazard & also coming from management. I must say her delivery was so wrong, she was very snooty..and definitely needs a whole lot of training in customer service. I really felt like saying that the huge nose ring hanging from her nose could also be a hazard but I refrained from being rude to her. She had a smirk on her face & was totally obnoxious… while the girl that took our order was bewildered by what was coming out of her mouth. Well she need not worry, they will not have to refuse service.. we can just go to Starbucks.
