Visited Carlsbad Caverns from NYC! Was starving afterwards and found this place. I had the most delicious chicken enchiladas that really saved my soul after that long hike! I will be thinking of them forever until I hopefully can return to New Mexico one day
The food here is truly great. The service is awesome. My only complaint is that the soup is always over salted. Outside of the soup the food is great! If you watch your salt intake don’t order soup or menudo. I do like salt but the amount is way too much.

Amazing and authentic food. The ladies at the front were very sweet. Parking was a little confusing but we called and were told we could park by the craft store. We came for breakfast and had the red chilaquiles and the green chilaquiles. The green is a little more spicy than the red but both were excellent. We asked for a cup of elote to go and it was also made hot and to perfection. Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely be back.

All the food is good except prices are high. Carne asada plate comes out to 20$ any other restaurant you would be looking 8-12$
This is not a bakery- Google maps has it listed incorrectly. But is a good place to pick up some delicious food for breakfast or lunch- just not an actual bakery. Lovely staff

More or less it defends itself, it has the advantage that they sell natural juices
One of the best places for Mexican food in Carlsbad! Recommend the green chilaquiles and steak tacos

Great food but owner shouldn’t be that “kind” made me feel uncomfortable touching my back and asking no reason questions, while eating . But good food.
