Parking: Clean and spacious
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes doors are easy to open. Access to all the drinks and condiments was easy. Very spacious.
we are out of towners and stopped to get a meal. first thing we noticed was there were no other cars in the parking lot. went inside and a male and female employees were sitting at a both. heard them arguing about which one was going to get up and serve us. male came around the counter and looked at us like we were a real bother. said hello to him with no response. we just left. now we understand why there was no cars in the parking lot.

Mistie is the rudest lady to ever work at a restaurant. Do not go to Arby’s if you want quality service. Has to be the worst experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to work just find somewhere else to work. Stop treating customers like garbage. We pay your check homie.

Ok so first thing at the drive through the person on intercom has zero patients. Was with fiance and 2 teenage girls and the lady taking order seemed to be rushing us. I asked what soft drinks they had, since it just said it wasnt on menu the lady gets mad told me the drink the had and told me it was on menu. I nicely replied it wasnt and pullec around. No one was at window then. Finally she shows up and is telling the management that they needed to fix it. Instead of appoligzing for her rude behavior the continued to be abnoxious and rude then got even worse when i asked to make sure she gave us sauces. And treating us as though simply going there we were jerks. We had driven 35 miles just to eat there like we have several time. We will not do that again. In fact ill have to be very hungry to go there again period. If i wanted to pay for over priced food, and rude service from someone who only cares about taking my momey id visit my exwife.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is rude and obnoxious. Would not want my kids thinking that her behavior is ok in any situation. Dont recommend taking anyone short of an enemy there
The food was good. The service was lacking, we had to ask an employee who was sitting at the table using his vape if someone could help us. There was another employee there who was in the back who didn't seem happy customers were there. Another gentleman came in and asked for something and was rudely told that it wasn't available, when he walked out the employee locked the door behind him with us inside.
Noel constantly works the register providing the worst customer service. The tables are always dirty. And who chose vomit yellow bugger green as interior colors.

Order for pickup was already out when I grabbed the back it was still hot and they waited till I got their to make sure the drinks weren't watery friendly staff looked really clean and smelled fresh
Parking: Has a nice sized lot for vehicles and more parking on the left side of the building
Kid-friendliness: The kids have an actual menu with more than 2 items to eat and a variety of kid friendly drinks
