Tried to order for my guys on location and pay with credit card over the phone. They said they won’t do that. You’ll loose a lot of business with that practice. Just saying.

Food was good Service was very poor, everything was dirty from the food to the ceiling employees wearing gloves sliding there hands across tables and handling food, became a fan of Blake’s from Clovis, coming hear is like flipping the switch. This place needs better management. I even asked what sauces that provide they never mentioned Blake’s Sauce?

Are you looking for the crappy-ist lota burger around? LOOK NO FURTHER! We started off our lovely experience with taking 10mins waiting at the counter, even to get our order taken.
Then, when our food came out, we were missing a whole burger, and two burgers were made incorrectly.
I went up to the counter to get the other burger and it took me another 8 mins to get someone’s attention.
As all great experiences and we went to the restroom and it was disgusting the women’s restroom had blood and nasty bits everywhere.
0/10 would never eat again.

Don't let the name fool you. The breakfast burritos are on point. Best in Carlsbad!! The price is good too. They should be charging more.

Food is worth the wait, management needs to improve by a lot. Waited for about 15 to 20 mins to pick up my food from a online order

The first thing I noticed was how pricey it was. Then when we got our order we noticed that our drinks seemed a little too small to be mediums. The cherry on top was that they weren't even filled up all the way. It looks like they gave us small cold brew cups instead of the medium drinks we ordered. Burgers were mid. Fries were good though, but the medium portions also felt a little too small for the price that we payed. Probably won't be coming here again.

This place could and should have been great . This management staff need guidance not from within the company because they do not listen to anyone at the store level that actually wants to make a change. Straight up disappointed 😞
My double meat burger patty was cutting in half to make it look like two patties. The lettuce in tomatoes was on the soggy side. The inside tables and floors were greasy.
