The manager does not know what's going on . Staff poorly trained. I was charged twice, saying my business card was declined. So I paid with my personal card, but come to find out both both cards charged. I paid for everyone's food as did the company I work for so we paid twice! Manager, no help here when asked they say come back tomorrow when it goes through shows not pending. But I want my money that I used that did go through, only used because you said the first card used did not go through? Wow, now I am out of the money! I won't be back in Carlsbad or NM for some time. Better go with Burger King or a local food joint. Called Corp, just got an answering machine.I was warned about this place. Now I am warning you learn from my mistake.This place doesn't deserve a star!

It was dirty every table dirty too , the food was made messy . My daughter said it's like I'm eating a mustard burger. My chicken looked burnt and old . The workers just dragging like they didn't want to be there. Some of them could have better hygiene.

The food is nowhere close to being what Lotabuger used to be. The wrappers on your burger are super greasy on the outside. They are very cheap with the veggies. They always forget something. The people at the drive thru are old and grouchy or young punks that are disrespectful.

Placed order in drive thru. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. When i got to window. Slob of a cashier said she did not have my order. I told her what it was and said she could not find it. She provided zero solution and we left without our food. Beyond disappointed. Will never return and will strongly encourage everyone I know to not visit blakeslotaburger ever.

This was a decent experience, except for the chili cheese fries! The burgers were great - made to order, and drinks were okay.But the chili cheese fries were not even able to be eaten! I took one bite and felt like I bit into a red chili pepper. ? I spit it out, as I'm allergic and called them (the store). They said it was supposed to be like canned chili... it was not! I eat canned chili often. It was nothing like that! But the manager did apologize. Thanks for that, just a waste of money on those.

Stopped for spme nostalgia and got the royal treatment.Was NOT expecting this much kindness and service when I rolled in the drive thru at 10 mins to close on Christmas Eve. They greeted me with a smile, were so freakin courteous and took my order without hesitation.While I waited for them to start up that whole kitchen they thought they were done with....THEY BROUGHT MY DOG SOME BACON!After a short wait longer, here come my burger with a smile and more kindness.Thanks so much!
