I went in today, New Year’s day. Kathrin was my server and was amazing. She kept her composure calm and was nice and helpful the whole time despite it being extremely busy from new years. We received excellent service from her and i hope this is recognized!!

We came here twice and gave it a second shot. Both times the bartenders were dismissive and rude. Took 15 minutes to serve us while people had chairs “saved” We were told that you have to he seared at the bar to be served. Needless to say we left dissatisfied and will not return to BWW. We work in the hospitality industry and this was deplorable to say the least.

Nastiest, driest, wings I've ever had. 80% bread, 20% chicken. Nice staff though, but the food is absolute shit. Couldn't even cut into the wings, harder than a god damn rock. This is the 3rd time its been like this. I don't even know why I bother coming.

Went to pick up food as scheduled to pick up at 4 49... waited 15 minutes because no one was at the pick up area. There were lots of people waiting there. No employee bothered to come and assist.
Part of my order was missing. Tried calling the restaurant but no one answering. Reminds me why I don't go to this branch anymore. The service is just terrible in this branch. Its nothing compared to other buffalo wild wings I've been to. Quite strange honestly.

Honestly it was a disaster from beginning to end. We got there between 11:15am and 11:30am. We're told it was going to be a 5 to 10 minute wait. Was more than a little confused as there were plenty of open tables. Thats when we were informed there were only 3 servers available. Ok odd for a football Sunday but sure. When we got seated ordered a Guinness and sweet tea. Waitress brought out the sweet tea let her know we had decided on getting queso and chips. After a while the chips and queso were delivered however still no beer. At that point she informed me she had just be made aware they were out. Well not out but they hadn't bothered to tap the keg. Eventually they did and I finally got my beer. We then decided to order wings. My husband got 20 boneless (a variey) I got 10. And I ordered another beer. Second beer came out flawless and efficiently. I noticed something on the bottom of my first but shrugged it off. Husband got his wings. 30 minutes later I finally got my 10. Ordered a third beer. This one like the first took forever. But I finally got it. At the end all three beers had something floating in them. When I said something to the manager he informed me if I had let him know before I drank them he would have fixed them. Dear sir.... Guinness is a dark dark (pretty much black) beer your not going to know until the end. The pics are from the 1st and 3rd beer. Didn't take any of the second. Will be reporting them to the health department

Showed up at 8:50 doors locked restraint with people in it and the servers said they were closed with a hand signal how ever it shows them being open till 2am on the hours of operation.

Not sure what my complaint falls under but I ordered 15 boneless 15 bone-in 6 different flavors for 3 people. Defeat the purpose of different flavors all the wings are boxed together. When i asked they said thats how that bundle comes.
Saturday evening at 7pm with football playing half the restaurant is empty maybe 60 people total. Walk in to get a table for two and the host says they are understaffed and can't seat us. No server in sight. Not sure what type of management doesn't schedule enough staff for a Saturday evening with sports playing. Might as well take half the tables out of the place.

Went to get some wings. We ordered the 15 traditional wings, buy one get one free. Didn't notice that they charged all of us double. The 15 count was $23 and some changed. We all paid about $44 a person plus tip. $35.24 for 15 wings? That's not right. So, that's not really a buy one get one free. Non of us noticed due to rushing out the door cause of work. It was our fault for not noticing. But let's be real. Tried to call the business numous times and didn't get through. So we bit the bullet. So you peeps eating there. Check the check before you pay.
