Ordered food to go, Chips and queso, and some wings…I’m not sure if it’s just incompetence or ignorance but somehow they always manage to make the wrong damn ones. Good job guys!

We were seated right away, but sat at the table for quite some time before being waited on. The place was not crowded either. Our salad arrived after we were finished eating the wings. Then we waited forever before the waitress came back to give us our bill. Probably won’t be back.

I ordered 10 traditional wings half lemon pepper and half mild. I only received 8 wings and all of them were lemon pepper. Very disappointed. My receipt and box that’s the wings came in say mild and lemon pepper. I called them 7 times to tell them about it and no one answered me. I let the phone ring all the way till their message was through.

The food is poorly made so that makes the price ridiculous. Wait time is insane. Everything is filthy... floors bathrooms doors waiting area. Waitstaff was pleasant.

Wings were literally just tossed in with no care. Sauce seeped through the bottom of the bag and stained my truck. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got to my hotel. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to rectify the problem to no avail. Now, I have to go to the restaurant and see if anything will be done.
I stood at the pickup counter for 40 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Given the wrong order once and given my order missing the fries. Never got the correct order. No attendant on duty. Won’t be back.
*edit. I filled out the survey they asked me to. Still waiting for them to contact me to “make it right”. I don’t have high hopes anything will change or be resolved.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They brought my wife’s food out and then 30min later brought my food out and my food was wrong. We waited 2hrs after we ordered for our food. Unbelievable!!!
