We always love going to Burger King! But not this one! We waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and no one ever answered back so we went to the front and they gave us the wrong food items!!! We couldn’t go back because we were traveling! Terrible service!

Oh god...what has happened to this place...literally went down hill. It took 15 minutes literally to finally get to the order station when there was hardly any cars parked out side. Its because they take forever to take your order. Soon i got to the order station, another 10 minutes literally of waiting...who is running this establishment? Is there even a manager? You pull in and its individuals who look high or their iq equilevant to the speed limit of the road the establishment is on. Just terrible...im surprised the place is still running. Not going there again

Slower than a turtle. Locks on public bathroom is completely unnecessary can’t get a answer for the code to the bathroom Waited 20 mins for food and it’s the wrong burger I still ate it because I have to go to work but in my opinion they need to bring a whole new crew in here!!!!

Every time I come here, there is a long wait. Ive been in drive thru for over 30 minutes now. Very slow service. Not fast food at all. I could've gone to the steak house and would've been eating by now. Food was also cold.

Don’t take your gift cards here, they’ll just stare at it like they’ve never seen one before after your 20minute wait in the drive through. Literally neither cashier knew how to ring up gift and therefore had to leave without food. Straight trash…

I think the crew needs to be retrained on customer service I was standing at the counter and was seen by every crew member on shift right now including the manager and you got one person standing at the drive thru window eating an ice cream and just staring at me not engaging at all. Oh and the manager along with 2 other crew members go outside for a smoke like seriously SMDH

This Burger King is awful. The wait here is absolutely ridiculous. I went through the drive thru, waited 10 minutes before anyone took my order and there was only one car in front of me. This was the only fast food in town that didn’t have a long line. Now I know why.
