I ordered a burger and asparagus. Now I question the health and safety of their food.
The asparagus was expired, yellow, wrinkled and attempted to hide it with way to much seasoning. It needed to be thrown out days ago, I can't believe they let this leave there kitchen.
The burger was so over cooked and hard I had to cut the top and bottom off the patty to eat it. Dry, hard, horrible quality. The burger temp was cold. If I was in the restaurant I would have sent it back.
I watched the food go straight into the Togo container and to me. Walked less than 5 minutes to my hotel room. Not enough time to chill a burger.

Three choice appetizer was awesome! We got 2 sets sliders and 3 chicken stripe. Staff were so eager to help us out. Food was fun and yummy. Great to have this in Carlsbad! We had takeout from the app so could eat at hotel after long day, yum!

I always enjoyed the Triple Dipper 10 years ago. Then I decided to order it again this year, but unfortunately it didn't taste the same. The Chicken tenders were not crispy, the Southwest egg rolls were not crispy and the Fried cheese sticks were totally different. I'm not sure what they did to the cooking procedure over the past years. Same with other chain restaurants, they all are not worth the experience anymore at these high prices.

Placed an order through the Chili’s app, which is supposed to be way faster. I go inside after my order tells me it’s ready and I’m standing there for almost 10 minutes. I had almost 15 employees look at me make eye contact with me and proceed to get on their phones, and sit there talking and joke for about 5 to 10 minutes. They need to stop being lazy and do their damn job and pay attention. you work in a restaurant you have the easiest job there is.

Took my family to eat November 30th. Before we split up to go to our destination. I ordered the fajita trio my beef fajita looked like it sat for a while under a heat lamp. My daughter in law looked at me like DON'T EAT THAT! I Was so disappointed I packed it up and didn't eat but for 25 dollars there was no effort put into properly prepared food. My daughter in laws pasta came out it was dry, sauce watery didn't even stick to the pasta. The kids chicken strips were fried so hard my grandson threw it across the table. This is not the first horrible experience I've had at this location. Before we went I told my son about my first experience there. He said but I love Chili's. Maybe they had an off day. Ok you got it! He is a restaurant manager and after that day. He said That was the worst food ever. Those fajitas should have been free. The whole meal should have been free. It's like they don't even care what their serving. Trash

Had to wait 30 minutes past the time order was supposed to be ready for pickup. Fries were cold and soggy, burger was burnt and soggy. My meal and my wife’s meal were both inedible! No one answers the phone when trying to call the restaurant.

Dinner was burnt and ribs were dry. I don't think a single server that i seen had a smile on their face, most of them acted like they had better things to do than take food orders. We ended up leaving most of our food on the table it wasn't worth bringing home. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience.
The service was great! The waitress checked on us frequently and was friendly.
The food was good and came out timely. We would go back if in the area.

I hadn’t been to Chili’s in about 15 years, but someone swore their Double Ranch Burger was life-changing—so of course, I had to investigate. Verdict? They weren’t lying! That burger was so good I briefly considered proposing to it. Hands down, the best burger in town. The only downside was our server vanished like a magician and never refilled our drinks. Still, I’ll absolutely be back… hydration or not.

Waited 1 hour for a pickup order of grilled chicken breast. They told me I’d take 15 minutes. I could have gone to Walmart cooked & eaten the chicken in less time.
