As far as the food goes, you know what to expect. It was fine . The service at this location was beyond horrible. No toast, waitress too busy with her husband or boyfriend. I was here at 5:00 am you would think they would be ready to serve breakfast. I will never come to this location

Food was on point, my server was on the ball and on top of everything and re-filled drinks and took care of things before even having to ask!

I know the manager is trying hard to get this place in shape!! But when no one wants to work it's hard. I really love this restaurant and all the people that work there. Love the foodDietary restrictions: It has a great gluten-free menu all you got to do is look at the GF that's next to the item you want

They are obviously low on staff. However the restaurant is dirty. Breakfast took 45 minutes and was cold. We were sat right outside the bathrooms which stink to high heaven. Wouldn’t go

To address response from the owner. It is clear from years of poor reviews addressing the same issues, which sadly I did not read prior to going, you have had ample time to address these concerns. Can you explain to us why you have not done so?I have eaten at Denny's in every single state and hands down this was the WORST experience I have EVER had.The gravy was clearly made with water and then thinned again with water. If it was in the same room with sausage I would be VERY surprised. The pancakes were cold. We had to pull the stopper off of the syrup bottle to pour it.We ordered over medium eggs. Husband’s came out over hard and busted. Mine, one was raw and one was over hard and for some reason the over hard had it's yolk split in two and served in two different places on the plate.Asked the hostess for sugar. She said she would get it "in a minute" went behind the counter enjoyed her canned drink and went to the back to chat up another table. The waitress got it. We had not disturbed the waitress as she was busy busing a table. But never fear. The manager offered us a whole 20% off!!We went to a fast food place and got a better meal.

I placed my order online before I got off work at 11pm; w curbside pickup. I arrive at the restaurant early so I waited before I called the number on the email verification and on the signs at curbside pickup. Once I reached the timeframe my food would be ready, I called the number. It wouldn’t even ring after the automated system “connected me” w the restaurant. There was just another automated message stating no one was available. So I called again, and again and then chose the option to place an order to see if that would work—the kind woman who was a third party agent, couldn’t get through either. I didn’t get down right away to get my food because from the time I arrived to the time I left, (54mins later), there were several young adults, males and females running across the street in front of the restaurant, walking by people’s cars real closely including mine, yelling and hollering at the top of their lungs and running around the whole parking lot but mostly staying by the front entrance of the restaurant. I honestly did not feel safe getting down. They all had their cars there and were also revving up their engines and still yelling and laughing by my car and in the parking lot. The restaurant did nothing about this; I literally saw the blonde at the front just stand by the window watching them then turned and walked away. I eventually got down because a large truck w the young adults blocked me in from being able to back out, even if I wanted to. I went in quickly to get the food I paid for, and when I asked the woman upfront about the number and curbside, she said “oh we don’t have a phone”. What?? A business w no phone? Then update your website and change the signs??? I also told her I didn’t feel comfortable w all the people outside yelling and just loitering around the front door—she just said, “oh, yeah”. Again, what!? I didn’t even bother asking for a manager. I got my food, went to my hotel and the food made me sick, literally nauseous. I’m not really a picky eater, so idk why I felt so sick; granted it didn’t really taste as great and for ordering biscuits and gravy w about a tablespoon of gravy, I was def unimpressed overall.I didn’t eat my food past those three bites and lied down after feeling sick.Maybe I just had a bad experience, after all it was late when I got there, but I’d just gotten off work and they are open 24/7. Nevertheless, I don’t plan on eating there anytime soon, if at all.Plus it was over 20$ for just a small bowl of biscuits and a tablespoon of gravy and two pancakes, so expensive. Disappointed after a long work day:(
