This has to be about the dumbest bunch of people I ever delt with I walked in from motel across the street last night sat in lobby for over 35 min before they realized my order didn't go thru then the ladies said my payment was returned which was not true either still this morning it says on my online bank acct that dominoes in Carlsbad charged me then I repeat my order 4 times in person face to face and it's still wrong when I get to the motel after a 45 min wait in the lobby repeating it face to face I could only imagine calling in a order at this place

O ordered at 6:30 called at 7:45 they said it will be there shortly called me at 8:15 that there was a misunderstanding and they would make my order now . I said never mind give me a refund thats ridiculous. Nearly 2 hours wasted

Ordered a pizza online to be delivered to hotel at 5:00pm. Called after I placed the order to ask for plates and napkins. Order arrived at 4:50 and there were no plates or napkins. When I caught the delivery person in the hall to ask about the plates and napkins, she reported she didn't have any and offered to go back and get some. The pizza would have been cold at that point so I declined. Pizza was delicious but service lacks.

Ordered a pizza on the app with an estimated delivery time of 22-32 minutes. App said they hadn't started making the pizza after 45 minutes, so I called the store. They said TWO HOURS before I would get the delivery, so I asked to cancel and they hung up on me.

How do i put negative stars? Not once have i ever ordered from this store and it be on time. My last visit, the cashier screwed up something and i was charged 3 times for one pizza. The store said they couldnt do anything so i had to go through an entire process with the bank to dispute the extra transactions. -10 stars, pizza tasted like a normal pizza, but everyone in the store looks lost.

Went inside and ordered,somehow they got my order misplaced and couldn’t find it anymore..waited longer than usual but the costumer service was kind and the scrumptious pizza made up for everything.

They have all those workers for the pizza to take 1hr-1hr 30min is insane! Don’t come here unless you want your pizza to be ready the next day.

I was watching the tracker it said 17-22 minutes we have been waiting over 40 minutes and the time came off of the tracker once it hit over 30 minutes. I called down and the employee asked his manager to see how long it would take to get the order in oven. He said they don’t have an answer. This place is a joke, i knew i should have ordered from the one on canal. They are always on point with time and tracker accurate. Please work on this line getting these pizzas in the oven and out. What happened to 30 minutes or less the pizza is free.

tl;dr Order wasn't ready on time, and then they got the order wrong and the items had poor qc.
Ordered a large pizza and parm bites through the website, which gave an estimate of 12-17 minutes. Got there after 15 minutes and they had trouble finding the order, and then once they found it they said it was still in the prep line and would be another 15-20 minutes. Ended up being 20 minutes. Got back to my family at the hotel and opened up the box to find...the wrong pizza and parm bites that were remarkably uneven in size (several were maybe a quarter the size of a normal one).
