Terrible service-Seated and given menus. After 20 minutes still no drinks or wait staff. Went to front desk and asked to be reseated which was done. Again no waiter , water etc. On a positive note the food looked and smelled good.

The service was top notch. My waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was a bit overpriced, compared to the where I'm from, which is the dfw area Texas. The food was tasty. I would definitely return!
Hair in my food. They took my plate. Took off the hair and brought me back the same plate with the same food on it. They didn’t remake it and charged us for the meal!!! Worst ever! Disgusting they did that. And then to charge us!

We were out of town and went to try it on a Monday night. The google info says it should be open until 9 but at 6pm it was definitely closed. Disappointing!

Literally waited 2 hours for our food and everyone was still missing some plates. Manager went to check on our food never came back. I was overcharged for flautas and a coke $40?????? Very unorganized. I don’t recommend at all.

The pasta was way better than the enchiladas which was quite unusual seeing how this was a Spanish Mexican restaurant. Sticky tables and dirty chairs. Not worth the price

We had a great dinner at el Diamante. The food was really good and more than enough. We had the 16oz ribeye and the shrimp tacos. The service was OK, but nothing special.

con la intención de que mejoren su servicio… hace dos semanas visitamos el establecimiento y tuve algunas quejas sin embargo quise pensar que era por el trabajo que la mesera tenía sin embargo les menciono que la mesera tardó para tomar la orden de las bebidas a los segundos invitados en llegar a la mesa sin ofrecer un appetizer o preguntar si ocupábamos algo más se retiró de la mesa le tuve que llamar para que regresara y tomara la orden de la entrada que queríamos , al comer dos de la mesa pidieron fajitas y nunca llevó tortillas, se le olvidó entregar una cerveza y cuando se le recordó la llevo caliente, el día de hoy volvimos a asistir la mesera aparentaba dar buen servicio hasta cometer el error y falta de educación de haber llevado la cuenta antes de siquiera preguntar si se nos ofrecía un postre o alguna otra bebida …. Cabe mencionar que en las dos ocasiones han sido cumpleaños y hoy ni dió la oportunidad de partir el pastel.
Le pregunté yo a la mesera si ya iban a cerrar o alguien en la mesa había pedido la cuenta y entonces reaccionó y preguntó si ocupábamos alguna otra bebida, para acompañar mi plato pedí un pan me comentó que por la gente tardaría en salir y aún así acepté pero me molestó que primero me llevo la cuenta antes que el pan, que por cierto nunca entregó y si cobro en el ticket.
Se comprende que el tiempo de espera por la cantidad de gente pero creo que hay cosas y atenciones que no deberían de pasar desapercibidas, no busco una solución simplemente con mi familia a ese establecimiento no volveré, les hago saber esos detalles por si gustan mejorar o no seguir perdiendo clientes , buen día .

Perfect service at the bar with Dayana, I devoured the chicken quesadillas and they were exceptional. How this place has 4.3 stars is a mystery to me; have they dined in Carlsbad before?, I think not.
