6 of us from El Paso (which has the best Mexican food) ate at Jimador in Carlsbad NM on 12-13-25. Food was great. Best juevos ranchers, great pancakes, good coffee and excellent service. Thank you. Keep being excellent. It is much appreciated.

The best Mexican food from California to Florida (seriously) We popped in after the Christmas parade, and even though it seemed like the whole town was coming for dinner at the same time we were greeted and sat super quick. I got the al pastor plate, and it was killer! There is a perfect amount of spiciness, and the charro beans were so flavorful. My other half got a combination plate with tamales, and they were made perfectly. Damika was our server, and even in the crazy rush she was nothing but patient and kind. Every little town deserves a El Jimador, this place is great.

Delicious food after a long hike! The waitress was lovely and atmosphere was fun. We had steak tacos, as good as street tacos, steak quesadilla and then finished with sopapillas and churros. Mmm mmm good.
