Brewery in the middle of nowhere. Taproom wasn't serving alcohol when we were there. Hopefully they have worked through that.

‘Brewery’ without beer - took them 3 tries to NOT put bacon on a pizza - rude customer service - eventually apologized, I assume in order to not get a negative review.

A “brewery” who does not have any beer because they lost their license lol yikes.

Customer Service is horrible. They have no idea they are in the hospitality business. The only thing that keeps this Business in Business is that there are limited options in this town. Pizza is just a grade above Toni’s Pizza. They need a Dion’s Pizza here.

Stopped here for beers but quickly learned they are not serving alcohol at this time unfortunately. Not many vegan options on the menu but the staff was accommodating. We had the veggie pizza without the cheese and they were generous on the veggies which we appreciated!

Food looked good when we went in, but disappointed in a brewery that doesn't serve alcohol. Should change its name until it gets a liquor license...

No table service, standard restaurant layout with patio option. Unfortunately, they can't sell beer and wine until the liquor license is back/updated. Overall their prices are way too high. Pizza should be 12 not 18 dollars. Very little toppings provided. One thing if they gave table service to up charge. You do all the work. Pizza was good but not something to brag about. It's better than chains but the price I would never go back again. I would take 7 dollar med Domino's over their pizza any day. Not much parking if they ever get enough customers. At this point I don't see this current business model working long term for them.

We visited Carlsbad and knew we were coming here after a long day of hiking. The atmosphere and staff was so friendly and they were very helpful! Sad to see they weren’t selling alcohol currently, but once we learned why, we were happy to continue to support a local business! We got the wings and a margharita pizza and it was delicious!! I’m not a big pizza fan, but I loved theirs!! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and I had always intended to leave a review…BUT THEN, 15 minutes after they closed, I realized I left my purse hanging on a chair and we were leaving town the next morning. Tiffany was so kind to respond to my message on their FB and meet me at the brewery to give me my bag wayyy after they were already closed. She was SO KIND and saved me a huge hassle. Not to mention she was the one who helped serve us. She was constantly cleaning tables, serving customers and taking their orders. You can tell she is committed to her job. So AWESOME JOB Guadalupe Brewing Co. ?? Highly recommend yall!! Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could!

Can't really recommend as still don't have beer. Owners should really do themselves a favor and post no alcohol sales (I don't rely on Facebook) somewhere besides on the taps and on the bar ie website, google, yelp, front door, etc. We spent a really long day traveling and were very much looking forward to a local beer and some pizza. Disappointed we couldn't have both. The space is nice and clean and had outdoor seating available. Staff is friendly. We took our Margherita pizza to go and it was very good.

Someone should tell this place it's a brewery. Yes, I didn't read all the recent reviews, but it seems it's been months now that they've been "waiting for a license." At the very least, they could have this posted on their Facebook page. Someone should also tell them that their clearly labeled guest Wi-Fi is for guests. They actually had three active Wi-Fi available with their label, but none apparently for guests that have been duped going there thinking they'd get to try some beer. On the plus side, the pizza and wings were good. But we won't be going back.

We stopped in for a beer while we were staying in town to see the caverns. Nice little brewery with a great covered outdoor seating area. Their selection of beers was good. We each picked out a few and were pleased with the quality of the beer. Each choice was brewed appropriately for the style in my opinion. Although we did not order any food, just from the looks of it... the Pizza would be an excellent choice. Service took a while, but we showed up around 5:30 and there were a lot of people waiting at the counter to order beer. I'm going to say that they did an admirable job of serving maybe 12 orders in a hurry. Given that I will say that service was fast, but be aware that the place might get crowded as people stop by for a taste of beer after work. If I lived here, this might be a place I would frequent.

Beware - call ahead. No liquor license atm. Weird to buy a brewery and somehow not have that aspect worked out.
