Really bad service so bad you should stop serving food if you can’t do it whenever we came they didn’t have fries nether briskets plus waiting 45 minutes and instead of fries they put some weird stuff and costed the same as if we would ov bought fries and briskets

I love KFC but they are so frustrating. You can go one day and order something with no problem. Literally go back a day later and be told that you can only order that online. Please get together. It makes no sense that one day it's available and the next online only. I wasted a lunch hour for this issue.

Last time we ordered food, our food was missing, they gave someone our order and tried giving us someone else’s order. The lady at the register was very rude and was basically like I don’t know what to tell you. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes to get the correct order. We Picked up food this evening for my family and they do not fill the containers all the way up with sides like they are supposed to. I ordered a large side of macaroni for my kids and it was only half full. Same thing with the mashed potatoes.

My Order #234744261 was supposed to be ready at 7:00 PM. It is currently 7:25 PM, and I still haven’t received anything.
Not only have I been a dasher waiting forever, during slow and busy times, but I have also been the one waiting for a dash to be delivered...they are always so slow, most kids just goofing off..there the few that work hard...but dang an hour and a half for a door dash....never!!!

No one - no one spoke English. They were slow and I had to ask for help because they kept waiting on their Spanish speaking customers. We're praying we don't end up sick. $4 for a side of mashed potatoes- not family side - is ridiculous.

Was a trip to the Caverns for my wife's birthday and she decided she wanted some KFC. The food here is AMAZING. We were both very impressed. We live on Odessa Texas and everyone of the KFC's there is awful. This was a pleasant surprise. Great service, fresh food and the store was spotless. Keep up the great work. Courtesy and professional.
