The worst place to buy food. Everyone attitude is so bad it’s like your begging for food and your spending your hard earn money. The manager Erica needs more training on customer service as well as staffing. I ordered my food it’s exactly on the receipt but then I drive all the way home for my order to be wrong. You try calling no answer so I had to drive back there get it changed how ridiculous and on top of that having to receive their attitude from them messing up your order.

Not very customer service savvy. They need more training, we waited for over an hour for two chicken sandwiches. The wait was bad the diningbroom was dirty , table not clean, soda machine a mess. With very little customer service 😱😥.

The lights might as well have been off. It took three rounds of the drive through to get silverware, different pieces of our order, and still we gave up because we were missing things. If you’re hungry, I would suggest anything else in the vicinity if you’re a paying customer.

Placed a mobile order for family meal 6pc chicken with 12 nuggets mashed potatoes with gravy, Mac & cheese with biscuits. Biscuits hard as a rock. Got double mashed & gravy & no Mac & cheese after waiting an hour in the drive thru. Guy at the window was friendly enough

Slowest drive thru. Waited 20 mins at 3pm with 2 cars in front of me for a 3 piece. Then the chicken was cold. Last time I came here similar situation long wait time, cold chicken and very old french fries. PS. It's now been 35 mins, stuck in drive thru, not during a rush hour. Neither vehicle in front of me has moved. 3rd and last time I'll ever come here

I placed an order on the kiosk and 20 minutes later I asked where my order was, they said it’s next. 30 minutes later I complained to your manager I still didn’t have my food. They forgot where the order was. I am very disappointed left without my order.

staff was rude. Food was overcooked massively. It took 45 minutes to get a famous Bowl at 8 o’clock at night if you have work a 17 hour shift and are looking for something quick. This is not the place.

We were Passing through, going home from a girls trip to Ruidoso, your staff was rude. Service was horrible, lady told us she couldn't take our order because she was going on her break, three kids are sitting in a corner having their break, no one at the counter, we had to ask someone to help us, and seem upset that we did, our orders were wrong or food was left out, when i told your worker that he had left an item out, he mouth off after i walked off and one of my friends heard him, and other customers were saying the same thing, but after reading the other reviews, nothing has really changed, your management is bad, and your company doesn't seem to care, or do you not read your reviews, those young workers don't seem to care or know about customer service.

The restaurant dining area is nice, but the food was dry and the staff was poorly managed. The food service was extremely slow. We ordered at the kiosk, there were at least 5 employees and it took 25 minutes to get a combo meal. There was no ice in the soda machine and everyone working moved in slow motion. One employee was walking with chicken in tongs and the other hand on her cell phone talking to someone.
