evening to midnight treats are a treats like this only found in Carlsbad LA Pasadita is a family owned and run restaurant residing in a food truck off San Jose Blvd and I st. the gourmet style HotDogs Burgers and Mexicanized Cuisines are not the typical but well thought out and implemented with consistency and care as if you were family but without chanclas being thrown. Nachos and Mexicano Dog are my current top treats here, and the Strawberry Flan Cake at the snack shake can not be competed with as its the only place you can ordered a dessert like this and is hands down a perfect way to end the meal and sharable for two. Enjoy as they are open evenings and unobstructed sunset views are a the cherry on top.

Two Mexicano hot dogs. These dogs come with beans, bacon, onions, and more. They come with a grilled pepper on the side. This is a unique hot dog, expertly cooked and sold out of a trailer. They are open late. They serve good food with a smile.

The richest rich in Carlsbad and friendly and fast treatment

This is Honestly the best food truck I have eaten at so far! I literally just sat out here in the parking lot until they opened up just so I can grab food b4 I go home. My wife and I loved the Hamburgesas and the Dogos! The Asada Tacos are also to die for. Recommend for sure. Prices are also Not over charged like most places.

Nice place to sir back, relax, and have some good food. The salsa is picante, so very good. Check out the agua frescas...Sandia, melon, and limonada

Enjoyable roadside haunt. I really enjoyed my Huevos Divorciados at La Patrona. Yes, I know it was lunch, but hey it was super good. I had asked for "Christmas" and got a nice amount of red and green chili on my food. I shared a "steak" taco from one of the family and used a tiny packet of "red sauce" to enhance the flavor. Boy, that red chili sauce was ear steaming hot! The heat didn't mask the flavor of the meat or the avocado in the taco... but I know where they got the inspiration for the steam out of the ears in cartoons now.

Fresh and big delicious hamburgers Wayyy better than your fast food chains and same price! Hot dogs are also great!!
