Any time I have eaten here it takes 45 min to make a pizza then another 45 minutes of sitting in the drive through after the pizza is done. They literally just ignore the window. I had to honk to get anybody. So many cars just left because they’re literally ignoring the drive through every time. Horrible service. Almost 2 hours to get a pizza and this isn’t the first time. It’s every time.

Horrible management having to wait 35 minutes passed the time we were given to pick up. Asked the guy who said he was the GM only for him to yell at everyone of the customers also waiting that it's not his problem. My advice go any place else

They told me it was going to take 30 minutes to cook our order, so we had to go to our car and wait since they only had 2 chairs, and they already had customers sitting there in wait. After we went back inside after the 30 minutes, we were told it was going to be another 20 minutes since it was in the oven. However, we saw them make it and place it in the oven. After the 20 they still did not have the order ready stating that the crazy bread was not ready and wanted to offer me some wings in place of that they had in the hot and ready box, I declined and waited another 12 minutes. The place smelled of weed (I know it's legal here, but some people can't stand the smell) and will not return.

This has happened several times upon my visits to this location. I sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Only to make it to the window and sit there for another 15 minutes. Then a person walks up to the window, but before opening the untinted window they look at their phone for a full minute. When im finally asked how the can help me I am informed there are no pizzas hot and ready. This is not 1 time, but every time upon my last 5 visits. I frequent many little Ceasars in many states regularly. This is by far the worst one i have been to. At least have a sign that reads out of hot and ready pizzas so people are not just waiting for 40 minutes to leave empty handed. Retraining the entire establishment is desperately needed here. Corporate, you should put some eyes on this store. It is a very poor representation of your brand.

They missed a very important step they forgot to slice the pizza.

Employees must have more hygiene or wear gloves to handle food, wipe their hands with clothes and sometimes many of them have their clothes very dirty, have no hygiene at all.
