I understand I ordered my food with the $3 t mobile deal with it was straight trash. I think their hot box was too hot because I've ordered a pizza from dominoes and pizza hut and didn't pick it up until 30-45 minutes later and it still tasted good. I got the half pepperoni half cheese sticks and it was dry on both parts. The pizza side literally had no sauce and the stick side was just disgusting. Definitely need to eat this pizza fresh because if not it just tasted like cardboard

Never have I ever been so disrespected or intimidated over something as small as two cents in my entire life. I honestly left Little Caesars in Carlsbad, NM feeling shocked and upset.
No customer should ever be made to feel that way — especially over something so minor. If this is what they call “giving back to the community,” they really need to rethink it. Stay away from this location.

I usually love Little Caesars, but today’s pizza from the Carlsbad location was a mess. It was super greasy and all the toppings were stuck together like a greasy burrito instead of a pizza. I hope management sees this and fixes whatever went wrong — customers deserve better quality than this.

I was in the line for 20 minutes, just for them to tell me I have to wait 10-15 more minutes for the pizza to be ready but you can clearly see the employees chatting. It’s called hot and ready for a reason
Saw the chunky male employee giving away a free hot and ready and walked away when I was next. I actually wanted to buy one and wasn’t even acknowledged. I walked out of this poor Customer service establishment.

This is a poor excuse of a pizza. They took forever to deliver, and then I got pizza with barely any sauce and zero flavor. Normally, the crazy bread is amazing, tonight zero taste. Blandest food I have ever had. So, I call to complain, and just get put on hold. Been on hold almost 6 minutes so far and nobody has answered.

This is the absolute worst pizza I have ever tasted. Very minute pizza sauce. The pepperoni has no taste whatsoever. I believe it’s the blandest thing I’ve ever tasted on this earth. And the cheesy Crazy bread, was just the same very very bland
