We decided to come to the lucky bull after the cavern. And it was not worth the hype. We got 2 beers and a dirty Dr. pepper. Those were ok but too expensive. But the food was bar cost and bar quality Low quality at high prices. We ordered the appetizer and never got it. We ordered the chicken fried steak small portion. and only one side of instant potatoes. The waitress persisted on getting ordering toast which was $1. Then the burger, it tasted like Sam’s club char burger prepackaged. The IHOP burger last night taste better. Then I got the chicken fajita nachos and they were average and the queso taste like beer cheese. The chips were not homemade, even though they said they were homemade. We left hungry! I would not recommend!

The food was really good, although my burger had slightly too much seasoning. Wish they had gluten free options. Our waitress was friendly but way more interested in gossiping with other staff. We were seated pretty close to the bar where they were doing side work and it wasn’t very busy so we could hear their whole conversation. Close as we were, we couldn’t catch anyone’s attention until they walked by. Even when drinks were refilled, No plates were taken.

Great place. I saw they had green Chile and cheese grits on the menu and I had to try it. It did not disappoint. The people were friendly the food came out fast our server was attentive without being annoying. Very good experience. If ever we come back through town we'll be sure to eat here.

Four of us all really enjoyed our meals burgers, fish and chips, the sweet potato tater tots were excellent. Weirdly they were unable to serve us meet whiskey they only have one whiskey available and it was the house whiskey and they filled the glass with rabbit turd ice. Other than that the experience was great.
