We arrived around 10:30 pm. Maria was very accommodating with special requests to add diced tomatoes and lettuce to our carne asada plates. The asada tasted outstanding. Portions were plentiful. No ambience, but food and service were excellent!

Delicious! Maria and her husband made our meal fresh. While we were waiting the smells were overwhelming my taste buds. The meal arrived and it was even better than anticipated!hot The refried beans had some whole beans, good idea. The tacos asada were freshly grilled. !Thank you, just what we needed to fill our bellies.

The food tasted good but was pretty spicy, even the chile rellenos. The biggest issue was time. We waited 50 minutes to get our order even though there were only 3 people in front of us.
Heavenly. The flavour profile and spice was perfect. Got the white girl palate friendly tacos asada. 4 tacos for $10Parking: From the NP, turn left at the lights and come into the parking by going around the corner. The left is just before the lights and was very dicey w the busy hwy!

Maria’s is THE BEST TACO TRUCK in Carlsbad! U can get 4 delicious tacos for under $13! Her green salsa is amazing and she welcomes you with her personal authenticity! Her burgers are also something worth trying not only for the price but for the flavor! We will miss her foodies when we return to Houston!
