The food was good, the service was better, but the prices were much higher than anticipated. Overpriced would be an understatement. Probably the first time in my recent past that I didn't get what I actually wanted due to the cost and I still spent $60
I feel compelled to write a review because I came to this restaurant because of other reviews and maybe mine can help another person decide to eat here. My friend and I visited the restaurant last Friday after a long day of hiking at Guadalupe Mountain National Park. We both love Mexican food but neither of us speak any Spanish. The menu was almost completely in Spanish so I used Google Translate for us to order Chicken Tacos and two small salads. We also added guacamole....
I had a fabulous shrimp boil with garlic butter, which included corn and potatoes and lime halves. The shrimp was big and plentiful, and could be cooked in various ways. The prices are great and the waitresses were very friendly. I had enough for a second dinner.
