Worst McAlisters ever. Every table dirty with dishes and trash. Employees were to busy visiting to care about customers. Asked for our drinks, she never came back to table, had to go get it myself. Bathroom disgusting...Will never go back and you shouldn't eitber.

came to pick up my order and girl at window was super rude and giving me weird looks and when i told her my name she repeated it back to me really slowly and in a weird way which i found very weird ? i’ve never got charged for honey mustard here before and didn’t even bring my card since i made an online order and she tried to charge for some sauce so i ended up leaving. spent $30 on 2 very small sandwhiches that weren’t even that good. very time i come here the workers are always so rude! not to mention this place is just disgusting

Ordered food missing items from the delivery , claimed they put them in the bag (au jus) and potato salad both sides stated the driver probably stole it husband had to drive to get it. The lady that answered the phone when we called actually hung up on us granted my husband was upset but wouldn't you be too after paying for food ,delivery and tip then having to drive to the restaurant to get your missing items .
Staff was friendly & accommodating! Southwest Chicken Salad was very good ?Kid-friendliness: They even brought the lil guy an extra pickle ?

I ordered ahead via the app, as I usually do back home. I’m traveling here and did the same. I got to the restaurant, parked in the curbside section and waited awhile since I had just placed the order about 10mins before. After waiting an additional 20min, I called the store and let them know I was there. I waited an additional 20mins, and called again. I still waited about 10min more or so, and employee and I were nice about it when she finally brought my food, but if I hadn’t paid in advance, I def would have left.I did also notice that the people in the drive thru, were arriving after me, and still ordering and leaving way before I did. The food I ordered was good so I was at least happy about that; still, reason for 2stars.

Had an ok lunch and went back as it walking distance. Ordered soup to go. After a 20-minute wait, the employee informs me that there is no soup. This after ahe tried to short-change me. (Gave me 0.42 as change for a 20. Had to ask for 8.00). Go somewhere rlse. Food is only acceptable...when they have it. I told the "manager" who reimbursed me it shouldn't take 20 minutes to tell me there is no soup. She said, "I just found out."
I never seem to get an au ju with my French dip, and the wait times are always very slow.

The staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating with food restriction information.A couple weeks ago I was gonna make another stop to get my Corgi a "pup cup", but the cook came to the drive thru window (YES! They have a drive thru!) and asked to give her a slice of BACON.Now every time we're out, she thinks she's going to McAllister's! ?Their Savanah salad is INCREDIBLE, as is their loaded baked potato.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Dietary restrictions: They know exactly what to recommend as alternatives to restricted foods like gluten.Parking: Plenty of parking and if you have to move from the drive thru, they'll bring your food to your car.

Employees do not care 1 bit about customer standing around for 45 mins waiting on their $30 meal. By far the worst McAllisters I’ve ever walked into and would never recommend the place to anyone
