Out of towner here and this place made my regular iced coffee PERFECT!! And the customer service was excellent. My hometown ALWAYS makes shitty iced coffee, either not enough liquid cream, coffee too strong, watered down, not enough sweetener.

The cashier in drive thru spilled Dr. Pepper on me and didn't even offer napkins. Missing food and the food we actually did get was sloppy. Manager wasnt pleasant or friendly at all either. Whole experience was a disaster. Waste of money and time.

Line moved fast but we were asked to pull up for 1 quarter-pounder meal. We had to wait 5-10 mins. At least it was fresh.

Terrible customer service. The lady who gave me my food gave me a coke instead of a sprite. Easy fix just replace the drink. She was getting mad at me for how the guy who took my order down and hit coke instead of sprite. She then gave me an attitude over the drink I did not wanted. Will never return to this location. Simple easy fix turned into something complicated all because her ego was to big and admit that I was not at fault and just replace the drink

everytime i go here the food is old and cold. i was in like getting my drinks and some worker watching elbow deep scratching his back and grabbed our drinks and straws with the same hand. this is consistently the worse mcdonald’s i go to.

Stood there for over 30 minutes damn near, watch the food get made then sit to the side while they proceeded to work on other orders when all I still need it was a small Diet Coke. I don’t know how many orders I watch them take and make before they even did anything with mine. I understand why most those people work at McDonald’s now.
