Food was, well...... McDonald's. Service was less than subpar, it was an inconvenience to interact with customers, and staff barely helpful in even providing a cup for my order.

Terrible customer service. The lady who gave me my food gave me a coke instead of a sprite. Easy fix just replace the drink. She was getting mad at me for how the guy who took my order down and hit coke instead of sprite. She then gave me an attitude over the drink I did not wanted. Will never return to this location. Simple easy fix turned into something complicated all because her ego was to big and admit that I was not at fault and just replace the drink

everytime i go here the food is old and cold. i was in like getting my drinks and some worker watching elbow deep scratching his back and grabbed our drinks and straws with the same hand. this is consistently the worse mcdonald’s i go to.

Stood there for over 30 minutes damn near, watch the food get made then sit to the side while they proceeded to work on other orders when all I still need it was a small Diet Coke. I don’t know how many orders I watch them take and make before they even did anything with mine. I understand why most those people work at McDonald’s now.

I placed an order on the app within the last hour. Hamburger with extra mustard, extra onions, no ketchup, and no pickles. Well, I just opened my burger... nothing but meat and cheese. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order!!! And to top it off, they weren't busy at all! I tried calling but no one answered. A call to corporate may be in order. Maybe that order will be correct! 😡

I had placed an order on the app and asked for no cheese on my double fish filet sandwiches. I got my food and checked it and there was cheese on both of those sandwiches. I went inside and told the manager that there was cheese and he said okay I’ll get it fixed, no big deal. I waited for it and without thinking I didn’t even check to see if the new ones they made had cheese on them, turns out they DID. Why even offer to make new ones if you’re just going to put cheese on them?

Wow. Just wow. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. Wrong items in order. Burnt chunks in the burger box. What’s the point of installing a smart ordering system if they don’t even look at the orders?
Horrible food, my fish sandwich was cold with a piece of cold cheese and a cold bun and water was coming out, disgusting! I love wasting my hard earned money on gross food apparently!!!! Beware!

3rd time in 2 weeks we get order not correct. Happy Meal no sauce, missing kid toy (only reason we order it,) food cold, fries dumped out not even enough to fill order tried calling both times but they can't take calls. Imagine that. Truly said you use gas to drive over, cash to pay and the worst food service available. Should have gone to one on Canal. It's a little further but great food and always correct. This is located in Carlsbad NM.
