I had a flight of Hefeweizen, Octoberfest, Red Stapler & Knights Ale. All four were skunky. So skunky that I didn't finish them. Confirmed the Skunk with my wife.

We popped in before the Christmas parade last week. It was crazy busy, but the 2 girls working the bar kept up like it was a normal day. By the grace of god we were able to grab a seat at the bar, and we were stoked to have a warm seat and beer. Unfortunately, the beers here taste really off. I had a shandy, and it was unlike any other I've had. I'm not sure if the lines need to be cleaned or if something is off with the pressure, but it was really hard to even finish. My other half got a hefeweizen and had a similar reaction. It's profile wasn't like a hefe at all, and it was really flat. We watched his come off the tap, but it was oddly warm. The prices here are good for a craft brewery (I think only like $6.50 each) and the vibes are awesome, but the key expectation would be good beer. We ended up closing our tab with both glasses still nearly full.

Great atmosphere and service, but the house beers are not good. I have tried a few of their beers that the bartender graciously let me sample. I didn't like any of them and opted for a beer from Santa Fe Brewing. I hope Milton's improves the quality their beers because I would like to drink a locally brewed beer with pride.

Our favorite bar ever! Lois, Alyssa, and Macy are the best bartenders we have ever come across. Kind, respectful, and overall the most down to Earth bartenders ever! We would recommend them over and over and we love them! 20/10 recommend! Thank you!!!

Check out the cooler in the back for local beer & wine to-go. Not just IPAs either (try the cream ale for some nostalgia!)

Got the chance to check out this spot in Carlsbad, has a great experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A few of the brews weren't my type, too woodsy, but the Caveman Cream Ale was great, and the Hefeweizen had a mild flavor that was enjoyable. NM micro brews for the win!
