Menudo was AMAZING!!! Great flavor and a great portion. Nachos were good.... would have been amazing as well if they would have left off the canned nacho cheese. My server was AMAZING. The first place in Carlsbad that I have had food with very good flavor!!! I will definitely be back!!! Need to make sure prices on menu match what's in the register. Paid $5 more than what menu prices said they were.

Today was my first trip to Pancho's, and it definitely won't be my last! The restaurant was clean and beautiful(LOVE the plants), and the service was prompt and friendly.

The food was AMAZING! I got a combination plate (taco, enchilada, chile relleno w/ rice and beans), and every single item on my plate was delicious! The chile relleno was so freaking GOOD! Like literally I just want that chile relleno for every meal of my life haha. 10 stars!

My wife & I had a great time & Dinner! Food great I ordered Shrimp tacos and she had Tripita Tacos both cooked to perfection. You must add you own salt due to customers not wanted as much salt on their food. Limonada drinks were awesome. 6 different salsas to chose from. Service is excellent.
