This Is Not The First Time This Man Has Been Rude & Out Of Character.
I DoorDash Alot & Only Have A Couple Of Hours To Do Deliveries & Also Come Here To Order Alot As Well & Recently I Was Disrespected & Yelled At For Asking For My Order When I Sat In There For Almost 30 Minutes.
The Way He Talks & Treats His Employees Is Disgusting. I Wish Someone Could Come & Handle This Place To Get Better Management Because Before You Know It The Store Will Shut Down Just Like Carls Jr Did!

you need to get rid of some dude named David , I believe he is your store manager very disrespectful person. Watched him handle 3 different customers and were rude to ALL of them. Talking to them like little kids and is yelling at them and giving attitude. This isnt the 1st as doordash drivers have said the same about this guy.

This is twice I never received my order. I have ordered from this place 3x (once with a friend maybe a year back) and only one of those times the service was good, the other 02x I never received my order. This location is an embarrassment to the entire franchise of Papa Johns.
I wish I could leave a more negative review than this, I contacted the owner and told them the problem and they never got back with me. I highly recommend anyone who wants to order from this place DON’T. You’re likely to never get your food and never get a refund. I love papa johns but if the service is like this than I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere and advise you do the same.

They don't honor any of the weekly website coupons that are emailed out. I'll change my review when they start to. Code works fine with other stores...not this one as they don't honor them.

This restaurant didn’t make my order because of a computer glitch, corporate refused to just resubmit the order or give me my money back, transfered me to the GM and got told the same. Mind blowing how simple that problem was to resolve and to break my trust over it. Who would I be to use a company ever again that takes $25 for a product and then tells me to take a hike? No Mas.

This is the third time in a row we have ordered pizza and extra sauce and failed to get the extra sauce. It's frustrating because we paid for them. You call them and they will bring them, when they are in the neighborhood. Here's an idea,let your drivers keep some extra sauces with them in case YOU for get to put it in the order.
