I have ordered from Papa John’s multiple of times and every order has been messed up or the delivery driver doesn’t care about making sure my order ok. This will be my last time me and my family will order Papa John’s. Today I ordered pizza and wings, but only received the pizza. I asked the delivery guy about the wings, and he said he was only sent with the pizza. He asked me to call the restaurant, so I spoke with the manager, who said they were busy and didn't have time to put my wings in the oven. I suggested the delivery guy pick them up, but the manager told me I could come get them instead. Then he told me that I may or may not get my wings because 9/10 times the delivery guy keeps and eats them. I gave the driver $10 to go back and get my wings. While I was still on the phone with the manager, he told me ugh fine I will put them in the oven. Then I got hung up on. The manager is very un professional, disrespectful and not very good at having customer service. Although I have spoken with Gage and John and they have always made sure I have gotten a quality guarantee and are very well at giving good customer service.

Sorry If a $100 is all I have, and you can't make change, but you don't have to be rude. Besides, you can't make change after charging me 36. Dollars out of a 100 doesn't seem like you can do business...

The Way He Talks & Treats His Employees Is Disgusting. I Wish Someone Could Come & Handle This Place To Get Better Management Because Before You Know It The Store Will Shut Down Just Like Carls Jr Did!

Talking to them like little kids and is yelling at them and giving attitude. This isnt the 1st as doordash drivers have said the same about this guy.
