Instead of the generic response to every bad review asking to discuss it, how about just fix the problems? I had a pick up order and I sat there waiting for A DoorDash order for 45 minutes. I get their restaurants can get busy, but that was ridiculous. The woman was working at the pace of a snail upfront and not very friendly.

I went to this pizza hut, walked in, and placed my order for a medium pepperoni with olives and ham for carry-out. A gentleman took my order and said that it would be about 20 minutes. After the receipt printed out, he asked me if I wanted my copy. I told him "No".. I sat and waited and waited, and waited, watching other people come in, get their food, and leave. Some female employee came in the front door and took over working the front counter register. After about 10 minutes, she asked me if I was waiting for an order, and I replied with "yes", and gave her my name. She looked at her computer and asked me for a receipt. I told her that the guy who took my order asked me if i wanted my receipt after ringing me up, and i told him "No". Then never said anything else to me. I waited even longer totaling almost an hour. So, frustrated I approached the counter and asked the female for a refund because my pizza was taking too long. She told me that she didn't see my name in the system. So, I asked her to give me the little garbage can by her feet and I would look for the receipt myself, because I watched the gentleman throw it in there after I said that I didn't want the receipt after he asked if I wasted to keep it. She then ran to the back and fetched the guy who took my order. After I told HIM too that I wanted a refund, he opened the door to the little heating oven behind them that keeps the pizzas warm, and there my pizza was. Just sitting there for God knows how long. I asked "Since this was a walk-in & carry-out order, why did I have to come walk up and check on my order after this long? Could nobody holler out that there was a carry-out order ready for [My Name]? And why did the female employee not look into it further seeing that I was sitting there waiting. Why did she just blow it off when she said that she couldn't find my name? I was obviously waiting for my food. I don't go into restaurants to just sit there for fun. This was a horrible and shitty experience here at this pizza hut.

Came in at 0930pm and all the dining area was closed. There was 4 people working and Julian said we couldn't dine in due to short staff. No one was in the restaurant eating. Told him we are from out of town just arrived and had no where to sit and eat. He said if I let you then if anyone else walks in I have to let them. I order carryout and asked to just use a table. I can't believe we couldn't just sit and eat at a table and clean up after ourselves. I feel like they just didn't want to clean up. But it's supposed to be open until 12 am

You are given a time to pick up pizza, it should be ready within 5 minutes of said time. Not getting there and waiting 20-25 minutes. This has happened the last two times an order has been placed. The employees don’t seem to care.

Service is trash! We spent all weekend moving. I was intentionally 20 minutes late. So my food could be ready I walked in he told me 5 more minutes. I waited 10 and when I asked he said he couldn't tell me the status of my order at the moment. (Like if that isn't his job!) So I told him cancel it and my family went hungry longer because I had to order from another food place.

The staff was rude they didn't know what they were doing had me waiting for awhile when my order was ready since I got there. Food was cold and one of my 8pc wings was wrong it was xhot I can't even eat that.

only gets an extra star because i got 13 wings instead of 12... paid for a 2L got none, replacement never made it either. ordered a 5 topping with Jalapeños, bell pepper, pepperoni, bacon, and olive. and a stuffed crust cheese pizza... pizzas received were a supreme (SAUSAGE, pepperoni, ONION, green pepper, olive, & MUSHROOM) and a COLD ASS HARD AS A ROCK stuffed crust cheese pizza... i KNOW you can so if I order again i expect you to do better... my review will change when the quality of service does. quick edit: i dont mind mushroom but someone I'm living with DOES hence the issue, i personality dont like sausage and tend to have digestive issues with ANY pizza place's sausage edit 2: removed a star bc i never got my refund id requested...

I ordered 10 pizza’s and 6 breadstick orders. Asked for them an hour in advance and they said they would have it ready at that time. Also added that the manager may call me to confirm the large order. I got there and they said I changed my order online to only 2 pizzas and 6 breadsticks. Went on to say I cancelled the 10 pizza order. They continued to disagree insisted I changed my order. The language barrier was essentially impossible to get through. Even after I showed them the 5 minute phone call to their line they couldn’t give me a logical answer as to why they changed my order. Go to Pizza Inn. Same order and $100 cheaper. 0/10 recommend this Pizza Hut

There was hair in the food and the place was dirty and also the wait time was very long. The plates were not clean and the chairs where sticky. The bathrooms where also I mess. I would never go here again and waist my money on bad food again.
