Me and my fiance came here for the pizza buffet all you can eat for 8 dollars. I got 3 pepperoni pizzas and they were cold all pizzas are sitting under a heating lamp and the pizza was stiff. No cheese dripping down not even that good greasy flavor was just bland. I will never ever come here again. The tater tots where cold as well. Never again your best bet is to eat at the food trucks. Waste of money. Left me unsatisfied.

The waiters and cooks literally make the experience. Couldn't be happier with the service and food was delicious hot and the $8 adult buffet all week is great pricing!!!

Waiter didn’t take our drinks until we got done w the first plate. Got no refills, ordered a pizza 20 Mins before we planned to leave just to wait an hour after paying to leave with NO PIZZA.

We stopped eating at this pizza Inn about a year 1/2 ago, they could never get a call in order for delivery correct and then they never seemed to want to make it right. Inside had roaches crawling by the silverware, bathroom smelled like sewer every time you walk by it. Ordered pizza about 2 weeks ago for delivery hour and a half later it’s still not here, I called, They said they had it marked as a pick up, not the first time that happened. Good night we ordered at 4:19 PM. They said it would be 30-40 minutes. At 5:30 we called and they said it would be here before long. I only have one driver. Arrived at 5:50, Luke warm, you could tell it’s been setting for a little while, we ordered ranch to come with it and they forgot to bring it that happens 8 out of 10 times. Had to heat the pizza up. You would think that they would want a better rating than 3.9 stars. The rating has been terrible for a long time and I guess they don’t care. They must make enough money to keep it going!? We won’t be back..

Stopped by for lunch on our way back to El Paso and it was delicious. We got the Pizza Buffet. They have a big variety of pizzas on the buffet. They had a taco pizza that I enjoyed and the Green Chili one was also delicious. The salad bar is very good also. Everything was fresh. Our server Gary was also very attentive. We will be back when in Carlsbad.
I went to put salad on my plate and noticed a cockroach crawling across the salad bar. It was disgusting!!! I told the manager and she was upset that I asked for a cockroach discount.
