My husband, 3 kids and I stopped in for dinner while in Carlsbad. Had the buffet — the salad bar was fresh, the ranch was delicious, pizza was good, and the kids loved the dessert pizzas. The best part was our server, John. He was attentive and when he learned we were on vacation, he gave us several tips and recommendations — so helpful and a great ambassador for Carlsbad and New Mexico!

The salad bar is very popular, the sides are always stocked with ranch, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, and croutons ect. The ranch is delicious! There's also a small section for chicken nuggets, white Alfredo pasta, Mac & cheese, and spaghetti. The atmosphere is occasionally quiet but can get loud due to when customerss have parties towards the very back where the arcade/play area is.
The service is always spot on, I don't know the gentlemen's name but he is always very courteous,and knowledgeable ALWAYS letting customers know which items are coming out fresh and hot, taking used plates, and refilling drinks when we go.
Give him a RAISE. 👏🏼 🙌🏼
The dessert pizzas are delicious, especially the pizzert, cinnamon stromboli, Bavarian cream pizza. 🤌🏼😋

JOHN was amazing and had the most top tier service. He got my son fresh cheese pizza made and even sent out his favorite dessert to our table! Food was great we went around 7, and some of the buffet was older but was quickly switched to fresh pizza as it got crowded. Everything seemed clean, they even offered more than just pizza such as tots, macncheese, spaghetti, tots and nuggets plus a awesome salad bar! Kids enjoyed games after eating

We got greeted right away. You sit your self wherever you want and the waiter grabs your drinks. Pizza buffet and other foods for example: nachos, chicken nuggets and macaroni cheese as well as a salad bar/ desserts. The pizza was cold and seemed like it was sitting there for a long time. Not hot nor fresh… Chicken nuggets were bit burned and mac cheese was very watery hardly no cheese. The customer service was friendly. They have an arcade for the family. That takes quarters and there’s ATM on site. The games are very limited and out dated.. claw machines were super weak.
