After driving from San Antonio, we needed some comfort food asap! From the food to the service this place was amazing. The wait staff were so sweet to my two girls and the food was just exactly what I was craving. Thank yall again for such a great meal and introduction into Carlsbad!

The service at this place was awesome. Our waitress Ínez was great. We never had to ask her for refills on coffee or anything. Before I even had a chance to ask for anything she had it taken care of. This place has a great at home atmosphere.

The caldo de res was very good and the portions were plentiful. The green enchiladas were spicy and delicious. The menudo and poodle must be very good because they were sold out early in the morning.

Our orders were wrong, totally not fault of server. The food was different from what we custom to but it was good. Our waitress was very attentive especially to my nephews. Would highly recommend. But if you want menudo make sure you get there early.

Great Mexican food huevos con machaca for breakfast were delicious 😋 burritos are great. I recommend this place if you’re in Carlsbad get some breakfast here before going to the caverns.
