When you call an order in they tell you 15-20 minutes and when you pull up to get your food you wait 15- 20 minutes to get anyone to recognize you and when they do it takes another 15 minutes to get your saugie burger needs improvement on that for sure no one wants to pay for a burger that's cold and saugie or not be recognized I understand people get busy but a simple I'll be right with you goes along way

Burger and fries were GARBAGE!!! Fries tasted as if they were fried in grease from 1999, and burger was worse than the fries!! I won’t be going back. South side all the way from now on. I live on the north side, but will drive clear cross town to get their food from now on. Money wasted!! Zero stars is what I wanted to give!!

Waited in line for 30 minute's waiting on an order for doordash and was completely ignored and i even knocked waited and was told to pull over to the side and waited again i would NEVER order food from here let alone talk to the employees choose your place to eat wisely DO NOT go here if you want good customer

Manager named Dana like to add extra bogus charges, would not give me a refund slip, asked for chips on side of my order, she gives me tiny containers w my toppings in them, like wouldn't common sense tell u to put toppings in tray container and chips in a bag?! Then she has no customer service skills, rude, yelling in front of coworkers, if this is the boss and that's the example she's setting for employees this snow to go is in some trouble, how can someone so d*** be in charge?! No wonder that place is falling apart like it it, check the numbers, you know that place was doing better before she came along, she's a real.. a real... Well you know smh

Went 20-30 minutes after ordering on phone as instructed got there and had to wait an additional 15 minutes even tho there wasn’t anyone else there. We were missing things when they gave us our items at the hand off and when we got home and opened their staples paper bag we were missing two whole sandwiches and the ones we got weren’t even cooked right.

Our burgers were burnt and dry and not to mention the meat was lacking I had to tear most of the bread off my burger to get to the meat i paid for a regular cheese burger and it was like a kiddie burger also don't order the fries because they aren't fries Idek what they are !! Fry chips ?? I won't be wasting my money here again !
