Do not go to this Sonic. You'll be waiting forever and ignored and if you finally do get someone's attention they get snappy and rude because they honestly have no idea where they are or how to do their jobs. And by all means don't order ice cream unless you like curdled milk because by the time it gets to you it'll be sour. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Way to go general manager for just sitting there during dinner rush. Setting a wonderful example for your employees.

Don't waste your time here. I spent thirty minutes waiting for food that never came when I ask about it they said it still was being worked on. Then I ask for a refund and they say OK. But never come ba k out to tell me if they did or not. I had to get out go inside and deal with it. Worst place ever!!

Terrible. Avoid if at all possible. Waited 35 minutes at the drive thru window only to get my food cold. And they got the order wrong. So furious i called to speak to a manager named crystal. she said she couldnt do anything unless i went back that moment and waited for them to make it again. i was on my lunch break so i couldnt. long story short save yourself the hassle. After that experience never again

Over 30 minutes for five slushy and one cement drink. Drop it drop it drop it drop drinks on the ground. Then they drop our drink here with all our drinks.
Out of drinks. Had ordered on app and they said we'd be refunded. Asked for a refund receipt and the girl said we cant give you one because we need it for our records.

Waited nearly 20 min just to get an order placed for 3 burgers. Had to wait another 40 min just to receive the order. Which came back completely wrong, cold, nasty and no receipt! The GM was hateful and at one point even yelled at me in front of everyone when I asked for a receipt and a refund! I tried reaching out to corporate and all you get is some remote worker that takes a review. So I highly doubt corporate even cares. Especially from looking at all the horrible reviews just on this page alone. There are so many more other complaints out there, yet nothing is being done about the GM and how he is allowing this to happen to the customers. I tried reaching out to the district manager and not even he has bothered calling back! I highly recommend saving your time and money and staying away from this location!

Long wait time, and the food was cold, our drinks were terrible 😩 no straws, no mustard for corn dogs, no ranch dressing for our cheese sticks, it was so awful what a waste of $$

This plac is a train wreck since Miguel left! I've ordered several times on the app, and when I get here, the store is closed and I don't get my money back. Today, I placed a simple drink order. I've been waiting for well over 15 minutes. And there's no one on the curb, what's up with this!
