I luckily just gave up after long enough, (also their card reader just straight up didn't work) and went nextdoor and nearly instantly got what I wanted and was on my way.

place takes foreverr to bring you took over 1hr to get our food dont come unless you only go through the drive through only because apparently they dont do the kiosk orders and emplees need to be fired for rude behavior and just standing in the kitchen or the place need to be closed in general NEVER COME HERE unles you have all day to spend here!!

I’ve been to this location 3 times. Each time Ive ordered a drink. I’ve been disappointed. I’ve never waited less than 20 min to get my drink. The last 2 times I had to flag someone down to get my drink otherwise I would have waited even longer, I’m sure. I’ve given them 3 tries and they struck out. I will not ever be back here.

Worst Sonic ever. We ordered in the app because nobody answered in the intercom. Drive through had a huge line. We waited 20+minutes for our food they gave my wife refried stale Fries and stale buns. My wife’s burger looked like it was smashed by a tractor, meat looked suspicious we took only 1 bite and put the rest in trash My burger was the same. Drinks were awful and didn’t taste good. If you are in Carlsbad on a visit avoid this place at all costs plenty good Mexican and American food around to enjoy.

Ordered a triple smash burger with large fries, they gave me a regular triple Pattie burger with stale buns and small Fries. No way to complain to business, this is the wrist experience I’ve had here. Please make some changes
