My drinks are always on point and come out fast but for some reason I always have to wait 20 mins for my pastry and that's because I have to get up and ask for it.

The staff is wonderful. They know me and the pup by name & always make my order right. They usually have a pup cup ready before I ask. The manager is awesome! He always says “Hi”, even when he is super busy. He takes care of his store and employees but even better care of his customers.

This is why I stopped spending my money at Starbucks. Ordered a pink drink, they made it totally wrong, looked and tasted like crap. I wanted a remake but the lady wanted to argue that there’s no fruit or whip that goes in the drink. Just give me a refund lady and when you have time, ask to be trained on the drinks instead of ruining your the mood of your clients and thusly ruining your business. Bad taste, bad service, no thanks!

Extremely rude and aggressive staff around noon Tuesdays. Bev and especially the girl it was working with. They’re a duo of disaster. It’s as if they love messing with the customers.

Husband was being himself and friendly and asked what’s good because he’s unfamiliar with Starbucks. The girl gave him a recommendation and then he said “I want the one you said you liked I’ll see you at the window”.
She thought he was flirting with her so she made “Bev” go to the window and was being very rude to my husband.
If customer service is too awkward for you to handle maybe you should get another job.

This location is not as Convenient as the one in Albertson's, I go to this location because it uses the Starbucks app📱. It has great breakfast sandwiches, like the breakfast Gouda, love the tea dirinks etc. Not too busy, orders come out pretty fast. Good location .

Ok so today ordered 2 ordinary venti drinks everything else I asked for they were out of of course...gave him a 20 he said your drinks are 18 .00 I said nope and he said oh well let me see slammed the window came back with a 5 a guarter and dime and I said this is not the correct change ...he said we don't have any ones ....so he slammed the window and kept the rest...Someone better check cameras you have some theft going on....

Coffee tastes good, staff was pleasant, but the place is dirty! Dirty parking lot, Dirty restroom, dirty everything. First thing in the morning too. Clearly Nobody cleaned at closing or opening.
