Ok so today ordered 2 ordinary venti drinks everything else I asked for they were out of of course...gave him a 20 he said your drinks are 18 .00 I said nope and he said oh well let me see slammed the window came back with a 5 a guarter and dime and I said this is not the correct change ...he said we don't have any ones ....so he slammed the window and kept the rest...Someone better check cameras you have some theft going on....

Coffee tastes good, staff was pleasant, but the place is dirty! Dirty parking lot, Dirty restroom, dirty everything. First thing in the morning too. Clearly Nobody cleaned at closing or opening.

Long long time Starbucks lover and ex employee. This location is hit or miss, lately it’s been all misses. Mobile orders are supposed to be made along with cafe and drive thru orders. This morning I came in 20 mins after ordering, food was ready but then I stood and waited for an additional 20 mins before my drink was done. I counted roughly 15 cars getting their orders filled thru the drive thru. This means mobile orders are backed up, so management should step in to help catch up right? WRONG. The manager was restocking the cream and sugar for 10 mins while 20 people waited for drinks. The baristas are always nice and friendly, just wish they could get the support they need. I’ll be coming back but only because it’s the only Starbucks in town

Normally service is very quick. I went thru the drive thru today and it was very slow. They had already forgotten what I wanted by the time I got to the front of drive thru. They handed me drink before payment so it made it take longer for me to pay since had to balance my drink while doing so

Very nice Starbucks, as soon as I walked in we were greeted. Once we got to the counter she took our order. Our wait wasn’t long. I will definitely visit again when in town.

Decent coffee and indoor layout, but the customer service was TERRIBLE. The younger employees were all very upbeat and charming.. but the older manager woman was incredibly uptight and RUDE to say it nicely. (Was working the morning of 2/18/2025)
I was up charged to a drink that cost me $11 😲 I’ve NEVER paid that much for my morning coffee, not even at a fancy local coffee joint (I asked for an extra 8oz of steamed milk, as I have a large container and was charged about $4.50 for it)
I don’t leave reviews very often, but I’ll leave a review now to recommend not getting coffee here and going to the other Starbucks just down the road..
