I went today, Sunday, February 16, 2025, and there was only one person attending. I greeted him and he didn't answer me or turn to look at me. I greeted her again and nothing. Unfortunately I had to wait because I went to pick up an order. When he felt like it, he gave me the package and nothing... I think that person cannot be with that attitude in a place with many customers. How sad to see those people.

I got sick after eating here told the lady with pink glasses and the guy with long hair the meat from my meatballs had gone bad she said that she could not do anything about it after I gave her my footlong to throw it all away and did nothing not even make me another sandwich or give me a refund do not eat here.

This place was actually a lot better than expected. I would agree that the service was a bit slow but everything was pretty fresh and the workers seemed to have a positive attitude. It is mostly slow because it is a bunch of kids working there so honestly people should give them a break. Food was good and we took it back happily.

You better off watching paint dry or a 100 year red oak tree grow. This place is sloooooooooooooooow. I waiting in like for 45 mins with one person in front of me to get two icee. While the manager cut two belt peppers up with a line of ppl behind me. Customer service is a dying skill.

Pretty average Subway. Employees gave fast service. Clean tables. Clean floor. Food was typically fresh. Located in a Strip Mall off Highway 180.

Don’t ever go here. You won’t even get the regional subway manager to help you he’s a liar. This subway ruined my mom‘s birthday surprise party. I ordered 3 platters of sandwiches. I got there an hour and 30 minutes before my mom‘s birthday surprise party and nothing was ready. I was even 20 minutes early than what they said they’d have it all ready by!!!! Nothing was ready and One of the three ladies working there said that I had to wait for the 8 to 10 people in line to order their subs before she can even start making my platter. She said she couldn’t make my platter EARLIER OR ON TIME because whoever took my order didn’t write down what sides I wanted. (That’s not my fault that’s theirs) my order cost more than the 8 to 10 peoples orders combined. I decided to try to keep calm because it was my mom‘s birthday and I still wanted to be happy for her so I waited and I didn’t want to go empty-handed without food. She finally made my platters after over an hour of waiting !!!!!!!!!! and I missed my mom‘s surprise for the party! Whenever I got to the party everyone was pretty upset one because 1. I missed the surprise for her party and 2. there were only two slices of meat in each sandwich!!!!! I wAs crying so much! If you’ve ever gotten a platter from Subway (Or even any 1/2 or 1’ sandwich) they are always packed with meat and cheese and lettuce etc. There was nothing but thick bread and two slices of meat in each. I even took photographs. I called the regional manager and asked for a refund and HE LIED TO ME and said he would send me a refund CHECK in the mail. Over $100 I spent there!!. He got my address and everything BUT he never sent it!!!!!! It’s been over 6 months so I decided to write this review. EVEN IF you try to complain to the regional manager of subway , you won’t even get any help from the regional manager for the subways in this area….. don’t ever go here For subway. At least not in the subway inside Walmart…..

We ordered online and picked up from the location inside of Walmart. Our order was completely wrong, no double meat, the other sub, that was supposed to be a cold cut trio, had about 2" of bologna and nothing else. They forgot our cookies and bottle of Powerade as well.We called to complain and everything was put off on the new girl, stating that it was her second day.

This subway is inside walmart to the left when you walk a little way inside. We went around closing time. Our sandwiches were made quick but sloppy. The chicken had a odd taste but I mean I understand we went around closing so it was probably sitting for quite some time. Over all it was just okay for a quick bite. Not really fresh though. ? ?
