Sat in line for almost 45 minutes, food was good once I finally received it. Prdered 2 quesadillas and 2 burritos. Was missing the 2 burritos . They were wrong when I finally got them but the manager did make it right. Go somewhere else if it's not 2am

Taco Bell is always great however with this experience my daughter and I had ordered some cinnamon twist and they tasted as if the oil had been sitting there for months and months and months and months and months and it was just awful we had to return the items and luckily we went to the other Taco Bell to get cinnamon twists and they were just fine

Horrible service, I came to pick up order.they asked me what's the orders name under? I told them, 5 minutes later someoneone else asked me what's the name on order? I told them, 5 more minutes went by and another employee asked me what's the name on order? I let them know a 3rd time, they went and grabbed the order and handed it to me. The order was sitting there the whole time! I was the for 20 minutes waiting for an order that was ready the whole time! Horriblw customer service! If you don't like your job then find another one not in customer service! Every time I go to the taco bell on pierce every employee has a sting face on them and is apparent they don't like there job

The new group of recent hires does not care, they are annoyed that you dared bother them and when they make and give you the wrong thing, how dare you not eat what was given to you. Entitled kids and it seems the supervisor is used to their behaviors.

Updating the review because the last time I was in there they have the kiosks that you're supposed to order from and I didn't know that but after standing at the main counter for a few minutes with nobody saying anything an employee finally told me I had to order through the kiosk but they weren't taking orders at the normal counter so I haven't been back. People that had already ordered or just standing around how to cook machine by the door or whatever there should be options for people to choose whether they want to use the kiosks or do the traditional main counter ordering
