The Carrot Top food trailer absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was unbelievably fresh, and the owner was so kind and welcoming—it really made the experience stand out. This is the kind of place you want everyone to know about. 10/10 recommend! We came to treat our contractors and the food came out at great timing. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the spaghetti, soooo good!

Love the Carrot Top and the adorable owner. We live in Austin, Tx and the Carrot Top is our favorite place in Carlsbad. We are vegan and she always has creative and delicious options. We had the tofu tacos and the Carrot Top panini. Both were so tasty! The food truck is now at the Nurvis Purvis Brewery and you can eat your food in their air conditioning even if you don’t drink. We got our non-alcoholic drinks from the Carrot Top and they are super refreshing. Definitely a plus on a 101° day!

A mistake was made with my order, and when I returned she fixed the issue and gave me a refund on that item for the mixup. The options for dining out in Carlsbad are 90% Mexican restaurants, so this is a gem that stands out from all the heavy food in town.
