Foods fine. Ordered online and got two hibachi dinners. The website claims you get onion soup, salad and all the other fixings for the meal and the online order only came with the food veggies and rice and left out the salad and soup. Considering they're charging a fortune for their food they should include what their website states. Upon multiple attempts to contact them their phone just rings.. they never answer. Don't think I'll ever buy again.

In disbelief; go to lunch with 9 others and were turned away due to not wanting (having time) for the grill. Even after requesting just to be sat at separate tables. Who turns a party of 10 away? Must not need the business. The young female at the desk was rude and clearly not the right person to be in that position.

The calamari was like eating rubber. I ordered hibachi steak, rare. It was well done and chewy. I couldn’t even eat any of the meat. My server never came back to see how the food was when he brought soup. It was lukewarm. I’ve had this server before it’s not my first time eating here, but it will definitely be my last. You might as well go to some $15 Chinese buffet that doesn’t exist in Carlsbad, New Mexico. And pretend you have dinner
I've come to really enjoy this place while working in the Carlsbad area. I've never had a bad meal here. The staff is friendly enough, service is fairly quick, and it's not overpriced considering the area (everything here is overpriced in general).

Did not care for the service too much. The waitress seemed distracted and confrontational when given my order. I had to request my order three times before she even acknowledged me. Although I waited until it was my turn to order. She forgot my order. Every time she returned to our table I would remind her of my order. Then she argued with me in a sarcastic manner as if she hadn’t forgot my original order when in fact she did and confused it with someone else at our table.
