Food is decent if they take your order correctly and it doesn't take 3 times to get it right.
Wings were dry and overcooked.
Poor customer service no one even talked to us and everyone walked to the back to take a smoke break.

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.
If you are out of town and are starving don't come here. This place is dirty dirty I wouldn't trust the food. Workers are coming in and out for smoke breaks or idk what it is they're doing.
I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.
I ordered fries and nacho cheese sauce and ranch. I've never not liked the ranch but for once there was too much seasoning in the ranch. The fries. I dont know how but I deadass ended up with end prices only in my basket. That's a first Don't mind but it was like mixed with fresh and old fries. Pretty eh. But yeah. The cashier was a sweetheart. But the fries were not it.

Ordered lemon pepper wings they were soggy hardly had any seasoning. The mango habanero were dry. They didn't add enough sauce

The wingstop in Hobbs New Mexico need to train their staff on customer service. The little girls would rather take selfies than help you out.
Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food
Have ordered 3 times and 3 times got the wrong order. Asked for a refund and after not getting it after 2 weeks I called and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Trash
Just shut down.
