⚠️Do not do online order cause 3/5 they never received it. Expect to wait on a long line of angry costumers waiting for their food. Thus place is heavily under staffed.
The restaurant is dirty! The food was terrible! And it took FOREVER. Seems like staffing is an issue but albeit that's no excuse. Worst wingstop I've ever been to hands down!

If I could give this store zero Stars I would to help their reviews even more. The reviews say it all. Had a couple hundred dollar order going out to our crew, bit into a drum that chip and cracked a tooth requiring root canal and crown. Notified the store immediately, The Hartford(their insurance company) denied any claim and said no evidence to prove the injury, I have plenty of evidence... Insufficient insurance follow up with typical insurance response for this day and time. We will never spend another penny, business or personal, family-wise at Wingstop anywhere across this country and especially in Carlsbad!!

They food was alright just not enough sauce on wings and the manager running the store needs to properly trained on the closed door policy regarding other employees and letting other employees know there business. I heard at least 3 different stories the manager was telling the a fellow employee about other employees and what they did just while waiting for my food. This is not just a shift leader but the Manger running the store. Sad that the employees got to put up with a Manger like that
