I love this restaurant — it’s one of my favorites. The staff is always fantastic, especially the bar team who consistently make the experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, which I appreciate, but it can get a bit too dark at times, making the menu a little hard to read. If it fits the vibe, adding slightly brighter candles or a bit more table lighting would make a great experience even better. Overall, still a wonderful place I always look forward to visiting.

We came for breakfast, and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. It was delicious. The gravy is bacon gravy, and it's outa the park delicious. Highly recommend this place.

My last two visits have been watching the servers on phones, and my date and I just waiting. 10 minutes to be waited on is not acceptable. We then order our wine, and I get the wrong wine. Food was delicious. Its a shame too as this is the nicest restaurant in town.

I enjoyed the patio atmosphere. The margarita was delicious. I took a star because of the meatloaf. The flavor was ok, but the edges of the two pieces were crunchy. And that kind of grossed me out.

This place is my favorite in Carlsbad! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is amazing. This place was the only place out of three places that didn’t turn me away because it was 40 minutes before closing. And this happened multiple occasions. Working late hours and then being turned away from dinner was not fun, but this place is always there for you! I would ask if they were still serving people and they would instantly welcome me! Most places close at 9, as do they. I have had the chicken fettuccine, the carne asada plate, the green chili chicken fettuccine, and the steak medallions, and I cannot tell you which one I like more, because they are all very very good! The pazole soup was to die for! Highly recommend this place! The food and the service are unmatchable in the area!! Also the wine selection is on point! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼✨

We had such a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were so nice about our service dog and even offered her some water, which we really appreciated.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the patio where we sat was beautiful. We didn’t enjoy the desserts as much, but everything else was amazing! We totally recommend this place, great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.
Got the pulled pork cubano, texture was good, but it lacked seasoning and salt. Hearty meal, good for the price. Ordered takeout, quick delivery. Fries were also good
