Responding to the owner: We did carry out. Our whole order was bad. The burger and Chicken fried steak was terrible, and threw away our dinner. We were frequent customers of Greenside Cafe and noticed the changes in quality.
I dont know what happened to the food here. It used to be so good. My coleslaw was so bad that I spit it out and threw it in the trash. We won't be back.

I've always liked the greenside Cafe. I understand that they changed owners. I hadn't been there in a very long time. The food I ordered I enjoyed very much. The waitress was a little Spacey. I don't know if she was learning to be a waitress. She was quite young. Nevertheless, I left her a good tip. My only criticism and it's just not this restaurant but several. They bring you water and huge glasses and that's just a waste of water. Most people don't even drink it. I really wish that restaurants would ask you if you want water and bring you a reasonable size glass. Not a huge one!

My family visited Greenside Cafe today for the first time. The restaurant is under new management and we had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious - we tried the Alessandra French Toast and it was the best I’ve ever had! Beautiful presentation and taste. The steak and eggs, enchiladas and even the kids’ plates were delicious. The service was prompt and so friendly! Kelly and Frankie were very sweet and attentive. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this spot really stood out to me. The vibe was super welcoming, the server was friendly, and the food was honestly amazing. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, and it just had that “made with care” feel. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer and enjoy the atmosphere. What an incredible dining experience! The new chef has elevated the menu — every dish tastes fresh, creative, and full of flavor. You can tell there’s real passion and talent behind each plate. From the first bite to the last, everything was beautifully prepared and presented.
The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere made it the perfect evening out. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

I went for my birthday and I wanted a low key chill birthday so I wanted to go to Greenside cuz I’ve always loved their food. We sat down and there wasn’t really anybody there and it took forever just to get our order placed. Seemed like the waitress was too busy just chatting away to the other employees. We got our food which was ok (we’ve had better the other times we’ve gone) but my mom told them it was my birthday. I didn’t want a huge scene I didn’t even want them to know it was my birthday. I told her I didn’t want a big scene, I even tried to deny it was my birthday. But she wanted to see my ID. But NOOOOOO the waitress chose to have a her way and had THEATRICAL scene yelling to everybody it was my birthday, I was mortified. I wanted to climb in a hole. I got the free desert which tasted like it was on the fridge for entirely too long. Once we got our bill (I ordered the fried chicken dinner) we saw there was an extra charge of $1.30 for frying the chicken. This was new. I always ordered the same thing and this was the first time I’ve ever been charged for them to FRY my chicken. Let’s just say the place has gone down hill. On top of we found out the owner was the one pacing back and forth smoking their cigarette the entire time we were there and we were there for 2.5 hours. Let’s just say we won’t be back again especially the service we had received.

Good food, great service. We went early on a Sunday morning when it was slow, so noise level was non- existentant. My wife's eggs were a little overdone, not so much that it warranted waiting for a re-cook. My breakfast burrito had plenty of eggs and sausage.
We wanted to give Greenside another try as we heard there was new management. It was not a good experience the hamburger was not cooked, the salad was bad which they charged $2 for the dressing and it was one the offered side for the meal, the monte cristo smelt off, the beer keg was empty, and the service was awful. The two kids were trying and very nice, but the older waitress was rude and disappeared for over 30 mins after delivering the food. As we leave she was walking in from drinking out front. We want to support local businesses but will not be back to this one.

This place is trying to change! The new fry cook has improved that one ingredient to a 5-star food. They're crunchy, well seasoned, and stay crunchy in the to-go box. Fries come with everything and he's killing it! The rest of the food is getting better, but not up to the fry level. I can't wait to see what they do next.

We walked in at about 645 and were told the kitchen was closing early because they were dead and we had 15 minutes to order. We made our selections and waited for our food. Halfway through being there, our waiter disappeared. Our food arrived wrong, cold, and bland. We couldn't even tell them an issue because the lady never came back to our table. On top of all that, there is a strong odor from what I assume is incense that literally was making my eyes burn.
Maybe the reason your business is slow is because your service and food is terrible.
