If you’re visiting from Oklahoma you have to try this place. The fried okra is the best I’ve had here. They may not have “armadillo eggs” but it’s as close to “Jake’s Rib” as you will find here. The sliced brisket was amazing and the ribs and hot links are amazing as well. Key lime pie is homemade and so are the chips you get with the salsa. And you know you’re in a real bbq place when you get wet wipes with your meal.

Ribs Barbecue is one of my absolute favorite barbecue spots in New Mexico! The food is consistently amazing—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. If you’re looking for great barbecue and an overall fantastic dining experience, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
