My wife and I mistakenly pulled into this bakery intending to go to the taco shack. What a blessing! In lieu of instant indigestion from tacos, we had delightful, light pastries and great coffee. My wife had tea!If you EVER travel through Chama headed to parts unknown, Patsy's is a MUST stop. The croissants were better than the ones I had in Paris France a couple months earlier; much more flaky!

I am celebrating my hubby for Veteran’s day today. Not only were they open but we had the best Green Chile Cheese Burger with crispy fries on the outside and soft in the inside. Yumm!!! Thanks Patsy’s Restaurant💕💕👌🏼
