Delightful experience! The owners were sweet and personable. The food was brought out quickly and was delicious. We loved our experience in Chama! This was a nice start to our visit - we walked from Twist to the downtown shops and railroad.

Where is the best burger in Chama? IMO it's right here at Twist. My Bacon Chili Cheeseburger was delicious! We had a long wait, but it was totally worth it. The only reason I am not at 5 stars is because Twist wasn't open when they said they would be (7:00a) on a Thursday morning. It's kinda like missing the toilet seat when you're counting on going somewhere, only to find it closed.

We stopped at this restaurant while driving through the town, the menu varies from noodles and rice to cheese burgers. the food was one of a kind fantastic, the restaurant feels very homey and the workers are very friendly, the cook personally came out to reassure us about the food and it was just a overall great experience in a cute little town.
